Bill’s frustration is understandable considering he spent a good portion of his life operating every piece of that equipment. If you have ever been the new guy on a job site around people doing it for years that is there reaction. I too once had the controls taken from me due to my lack of knowledge and efficiency operating a piece of equipment but then I learned afterwards and I’ll take the controls away from someone just as fast if I get frustrated now. Forgive and forget but I’m sure Bill has already moved past it.
Believe it or not but if you watch extremely close when Pops starts driving the 55, right after he shifts to 2nd and again from 2nd to 3rd and you can barely catch a glimpse of his stern look turn into the ever so slight grin for 1/100ths of a second. It’s short lived but it was enough to say it all!!! Pops is happy with the 55 upgrades and it was beautiful to see that very short smile!! Hopefully we will see that short grin last a bit longer the more he drives it. Well done Bill and crew!!!
