Race POV: Enduro1 Trieb (DE) 2023 - Stage 3

I am just in my 2nd year of trail/ enduro mtb riding.
I started learning jumps, corners, and "steep" trails back in February 2022 when I discovered a local trail. Two months later, I had an accident (20 April 2022) while attempting a ~4 m gap. After more than 20 successful gap jumps that day, I went over the bar (OTB) and landed on my face. I cracked my skull, shattered my cheekbone, had internal bleeding, and had a broken finger. Now I have 8 Titanium plates in my face. Since then, I never rode trails again and 2022 was over.
But I promised myself that I will come back in 2023. So, here I am now on my second enduro race event ever. With that short-riding experience comes a steep learning curve.
