i have 600 hours in this and have never had an actual team, always have to play with randoms...you are at such an advantage when you get to communicate with your team
every time i try to push boss lair, im killed with shotgun/crossbow rofl. 0:59 i swear, in all my 700 hours i have never ever seen ppl who just stand like this in the window, asking for headshot, really, all my enemies go left-right-sit-stand, i cant hit a single bullet =(.
@@linos1085 True, I mean you can hit them when they are moving but it is much harder and also these tactics don't really work against an average or decent players...
It's all about making opportunities. In this case it's all just baiting of different kinds, as the team we closed in on were trying to either peek that third team in the other half of prison building, or taking a look at the armored my friend had aggravated. Sometimes making noise wins you the fight, someone draws attention to themselves, the enemy peeks to investigate, straight into your crosshairs!
@@4FSGaming Well yeah, Sometimes it is all about luck or good timing but that's how it is in this game, but also you have to admit that these tactics dont always work :) Your channel is very educational, especially for new players though
@@galileogalilei5039 I don't think he ever said these tactics always work. But you can always attempt to use them. You use them even if you don't realize you do. Approach and look for easy picks, I mean sure when you've played the game for awhile you already know that this is what you are going to do and you don't have to think about it. Baiting your teammate is another sort of obvious thing that might go right over the heads of newer players until they realize that is something they can do. It is all about speeding up the process in which a player becomes better. Watching a video like this is worth 10-20+ games played. When a person walks into a scenario he has seen before, they are more readily able to formulate a plan.
We had a very interesting moment yesterday when we went and killed an Assassin along with 2 Duos of Hunters. After picking up the bounty I asked my friend if he would notice something odd. Indeed he did: The bounty of the Spider hadn't been collected, just lying around useless on the ground. With no time wasted we went to the location to check out what had happened, and found 4 dead Hunters there. We took the other bounties and just ran to the next extraction point, cause we were pretty sure all players were dead at that point. None could be seen through Darksight.
Good video. I find that tactical acumen is more important than good aim in this game. I'm a subpar shooter, and I only really excel in fights if I have a shotgun or a crossbow, but I think I still benefit my team substantially (and, well, they still play with me, so they must agree) by calling for when to push, when to retreat, and where to move.
I will have to make time to watch this one soon. I believe yall covered this topic briefly in another vid but maybe there is new info on this one. Cant wait dude.
I don’t know if I’m just unlucky or something but the way you approach at the beginning of the video usually spells instant death for me. Crouchwalking out in the open when they have much better hiding spots in the building.
This is an old comment but you can see more clearly if you turn your anti aliasing down (you can see through leaves and wood slats better) and effects off. I keep them high though, the atmosphere is just too important to me to min max my view distance :)
Yes this is quite dandy I must say, But what about pushing for solo players I only play solos and I have pulled off many a feat before but trios who know what there doing can overcome my insurgency into the boss lair so maybe get back too me about this anyways great video mate.
It's a lot harder as a solo, my favorite method is to try and get a few picks with long ammo through walls or with explosives, and once I know they are missing health bars they seem to play a lot more timid, which gives you the advantage.
@@4FSGaming thanks I really like the range of the martini Henry's scope but I don't like how it only has one shot could you give me some recommendations for a similar ranged scope?
You mean the Martini Henry Deadeye? The Karabiner has a deadeye variant, but it is medium ammo so you will trade off range and stopping power. There is also a marksman scope Lebel, which is long ammo and a 10 round magazine.
@@4FSGaming I love how short the zoom is on the deadeye scope but I don't like that the martini only shoots one bullet and the marksman scope is too long for close range engagements when your banishing but the deadeye is perfect
Well, i do have an other strat : you don't push. Especially when you have long ammo weapon and the enemy have shotgun or you don't know what they have. If you have shotgun why not.
Been playing since early access as solo watches this to explain my sister who just got the game what to so in certain situations aince i literally only played solo
Usually if some one has close range weapons or a stealth based kit they will be the one not to pick up, and act as our flanker when we go fight other teams. If we are all running long ammo it really doesn't matter.
Right I have no friends so I play with randos running around poppin off guns loud as fuck making careless decisions and shit its frustrating. Watching this dude make the game look like so much fun and I dont ever seem to find that kind of enjoyment and I wish I did

"no reason to drop the clip of these insane nitro kills but oh well!"
Gotta get them in there somehow!
I love the nitro to the point where it’s kinda unhealthy

Definitely the most clearest guide to bounty tactics that exists on youtube xD

This is because they've already spotted you or are expecting you to be there. You should push the lair from another direction.
@03:30 - I have to go in?
You mean I don't have to sit out here for 35 minutes whilst calling the people inside cowards for not coming out?

Are you using any sharpening filter? your game looks much sharper than mine, and I have all the graphics settings maxed. Great video btw.

but how do i play when they have picked up the tokens and can detect you?
Just keep rotating around so they can't wall bang you. You don't need stealth to win a fight.
What is your nvidia filter settings? Also what is your pc specs....game looked gorgeous.

3v2/1:never burn cause we have the advantage
2v2/3:burn and force the other guy out if bunker down and def
1v1/2/3: WORLD ON FIRE!!!

Can you make a pushing solo video?
Well, i do have an other strat : you don't push. Especially when you have long ammo weapon and the enemy have shotgun or you don't know what they have. If you have shotgun why not.
If you don't push, you end up sitting around for ages and give your opponents the chance to take the initiative
You can clean them when they leave too

when theres 3 of you, how do you decide who picks up the first 2 bounties? I'm curious what the strategy there is as a new player myself

now all good and nice. Now show us a video where you fail and comment what you could have done but you didnt in order to win
Maybe show clips that dont involve noobs? ^^'
The only thing I took away from this was the best way to push boss lairs is be in a team of 3. Common sense, right?
Yeah, this is trios gameplay but the principles are the same in duos or even as a solo.
