Punch is more safe. Celerio has more space and fuel efficiency but ignis is having best performance in citi drive. Choose as per your need. Also ignis sigma is most VFM around 5.5 lakhs on road.
Bhai Celerio is even smaller than Tiago and under thai support is not even good for 5 feet 7 inch people do t judge the car by seeing ballon like design like this blogger
This car despite being a value for money product is highly underrated it's much better than swift or Baleno probably the best maruti suzuki product after brezza and ertiga

My take: 1. 6 feet height would easily fit both in front n rear seat one behind other simultaneously. 2. Bridgestone Ecopia are shitty tyres. The side wall keeps getting punctured (past 30k kms) inspite of maintaining and monitoring tyre pressure. The person I know has total of 10 side wall punctures on all 4 tyres, both on inside as well as outside walls. Edit: 12 punctures now, a month after the post above.
What about safety, is it more important than life. What I understood from your title is driving pleasure and engine performance is important for you compared to life. I guess it's the high time to tell Suzuki and other brands that we will not buy your cars until they provide atleast 4 star safety with your cars
Cycles and splendours hitting maruti cars and damaging them more than 50%.. till date there is no maruti car with gives safety as priority. Ignis is no way a competition to tata cars in terms of quality, strength and safety

Sir mujhe sardi and barish mein gadi daily 50km chalani hai. Tata punch ki ek chij mujhe achi nahi lagi kuch jyada hi loha bhar rakha hai. Tata punch lun ya tata Tiago lun. Jyada lohe se koi dikkat to nahi hai aftermarket cng lagvane mein mujhe aftermarket cng lagvani hai chahe bs6 mean pass ho ya na ho.

Yes. I have booked on January 2022 from nexa dealer in kerala. Last day when I checked they said they are expecting the delivery only after April 15th but they are not sure. It may take more time. Yes lack of semi conductors for manufacturing is the issue. Manual version is available though. Where did you book it from?

If central locking system unlocks boot also along with 4 doors, then why the smart access key have "special button" to open the boot ?

Punch was good in all aspects As iam already user of ignis In maruthi it's best even better than swift and waganor ..... But Tata un comparable I sold my ignis delta amt and bought Triber . @@ch7ramesh I had tiago at first... But only after 2 yrs... There was problem in the engine... Service centred tried lots of things, but could never solved the issue permanently... I had alto k10 previously, drove for around 12 years, never faced any problem regarding Engine... So i decided to sell the tiago..and then bought Ignis... There's a hell lot of difference in Engine of both these cars... No doubt build quality is better in taigo.... But for people like me, money also matters... We can't afford to running behind service centre all the time... Reliability and Serviciabilty is very important for a middle class people... Thats where Maruti excels...
Round-shaped protruded AC vents on the dashboard are a very bad aesthetic design that doesn't look good. Those square-shaped AC vents look good. Also, the touchscreen and the AC control unit should have properly merged with the top to bottom flow lines. Here it looks like a toy design with protruded features from the dashboard.
The most important thing in Ignis is that it's a 4-cylinder engine...

Leave external featured we can check it out in showroom only say about hidden feature like engine,Gear box and air confitioner perfotmances.
If ignis changes its face look and back portion then selling will be increased.
My take:

We should get the tyres changed at the time of delivery. Worth it.

Dedicated button only unlocks boot but not other doors.
