  • 1. Stand or kneel facing away from the wall, cross resistance band, and place straps on on opposite shoulders.
    2. Stand with feet slightly past shoulder widths apart, keep torso upright and lean slightly forward.
    3. Bend the knees 45-90 degrees and jump as high as possible continuing to lean forward so you do not fly backwards when leaving the ground.
    4. Bend knees to absorb the shock when landing and repeat the movement.
    (quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, gastrocnemius, soleus, power)
