To help with accepting your growth I suggest you make an audio recording telling yourself that you are exactly where you need to be. You deserve all the rewards from your hard work and you are a phenomenal success and person. Make it about 15 minutes long and listen to everyday for 21 days 💕

I will share a secret for the times your hands are painful. I have fibromyalgia and can't even cut a tomato during a flare up. I purchased a pair of inexpensive fleece gloves. I cut just the tips out making sure to keep the joints covered. I do use copper gloves like this for super rough days but still put my fleece gloves (glovette?) over them for the added warmth. Protect them now so you don't pay when you are older like me. I love your paintings.

Heat the tape with a hairdryer or a heat tool as you remove it. This will prevent tearing the paper
Thanks for the tip! I tried that once and for some reason it made it even worse... the glue melted and really stuck to the paper. I think it probably depends on the tape, I'll try it again with my heating tool :D
@@VisualMind The glue will stick to the paper. It can be removed perfectly clean with a rubber cement eraser.

I love this series so much ,also have you tried the Van Gogh watercolours ,I just got them and I love them so much! They are even better than the cotman watercolours . You should try them ,they are probably one of my favourite student grade ;)

Btw, I'm with you on the Moleskine watercolor sketchbook. I don't care for the paper. All my watercolor washes end up with hard outlines. I have heard good things about ETCHR watercolor sketchbooks, but they're pricy
