Yes totally agree with you... the way the packages are being toss around, it appears that the merchandise is not being respected and I as a customer would not like the order that I paid to be thrown or toss around like that.
Tbh I don’t mind if they throw it like that, if it comes out fine then I’m fine with it, but maybe be a bit more gentle when putting them into the box. Plus it scrunches and clothes so it’ll be fine.

Mom needs a memory foam walkway! I have a heat press and walk back and forth alot when I'm making big orders, I bought a 5 foot long memory foam mat/rug and my feet are greatful for it, it's not perfect but it's better than walking back and forth on the hard ground all day.

Hi, Tina! Been watching your vlogs from the Philippines, and packaging orders is my favorite! Also, you may want to consider my suggestion of having this mini basket when picking up the scrunchies etc. y'know like picking up your foodies in a supermarket 😅 it might save your hands from holding up big orders. I love your videos! They bring me such life ❤️ suggestion: you should use a tall scrunchie holder to help in packing orders. Stack as you pick for an order. Or use a bin to grab scrunchies for a big order. That way you’re not walking back and forth, and don’t have your arms full with scrunchies. Hahaha! :) I seriously love the quality of your scrunchies. They hold my hair to nicely. And it makes me admire it so much more because it’s made with so much love. That’s why I appreciate these vlogs ❤️
You should get lil plastic baskets for the picker to put the orders into to then slide to the packer, who can then find every item in the basket (to stop them getting mixed up / missed) and then when the basket is empty, it's pushed forward back to the picker to use to re-fill the next order, if you got like 3-4 of them I think that would be so useful and helpful for the whole process :) keep things organised and make sure nothing is missed 💙

While I was watching Cindy and Tori packing the orders I thought wouldn’t it be good for Tori or for you Tina to have a small 10 x 10 size plastic bin to put in all of your packing supplies, sticker, scrunchies, scrunchies holders, and combs in One complete box and then hand it to Cindy. Everything would be in one box and the process would be faster and things wouldn’t get blurred then Cindy could put the box to the right of her and pile up the boxes and then you take them from the other side. Just an idea but I love your processes you are super organized and it’s always wonderful to watch videos videos

Just a suggestion, I think you should get a stool for the person who is packaging the orders into the bags, so that they don’t have to stand for so long, and for the other person who is grabbing the items from the bins, to use a small container or a basket or something to put the next order into so that it don’t get mixed up with the current order that is being packed. Love the vlogs, not going to lie i do rewatch them👍🏼. They help me get through moments when I'm having a tough day etc but just wondered why Cindy looks fed up when ever she's packaging lol almost like she's in a mood? Not saying it's a bad thing because I love her realness to the behind the scenes of running a successful business. It's a so satisfying to see the whole XXL team working different areas of the brand. I love tory too it's like she has a chilled vibe to her. Bi think Cindy and tory have a very feng shui of packaging orders. KEEP THESE VLOGS COMING.
