What will the society do with those people who have cleared their instalments/ dues 13-14 years ago and their plots are still not developed, will the society give them compensation for the delay of 12-13 years ?

How can society demand development charges when they have already taken the land cost without having a land. This can be challenged at the circular registrar office or at wifaqi mohtasib..

Gulburg management galat fesle le rahe hai is tarha sare log dar ke mare files cancelled karwa dengy un sab ko Kaha se Pese dengy gulburg wale. Itni achi Socuity ko tabae ke taraf le ja rahe hen.

Thanks for the update dear, would you plz confirm what kind of dues society is talking about, because i have 4th file, and i have paid the land cost 100% three years ago, remaining amount was for Development charges. Till now they do not even have land to show us and asking for development charges, additionally with fine for late payment? What are we paying for?
I think it is only for those who have failed to pay land cost, but this needs to be confirmed.

Actually Sir, the payment plan given to you by the society which is printed on the back side of your allotment letter, you had to clear the payment as per the date of the payment plan. Now if they are not developing this, then you can come and talk to them directly as to why you are not letting us develop and the second thing is that you can also give an application against them but you people will have to take that step.
@@pkpropertyguide I live in karachi and it would not be possible for me to meet the management in person at islamabad , however i would prefer to write an email and share my grievances if they have any official email provided.
In this case I would appreciate if you could share their official email address if available.
