Thanks for the video!
Cool. Very welcome
Good job!!
Thanks!
Thanks amigo
No problem, very welcome and glad
To help.
Was wondering if an analyzer would tell me the issue with a generator that isn't giving voltage to the platform on a 800aj .thank you
The jlg analyzer won’t tell you sky power Gen output. It will let you set engine RPM to fine tune the voltage output. Sky power can be diagnosed with a volt meter. Most of the time it ends up being one of the circuit cards or the generator itself. Do you Have a voltmeter?
@@VinylVillageGarageyes I do ,I'll check it out thank you for your reply!
Have an issue where running a motor by itself it works but as soon as they are both connected machine throws 7742
That’s is interesting, the motor controller is looking for a voltage signal return between f1 and f2, of its too low it will set that code. Has to have resistance issue in the motors is my guess. test the resistance of the orange and blue wires on each motor of one is way higher that might be the issue. The
Next thing I would inspect is remove the motor from the drive hub and see if water sometimes very rusty dumps out of the motor.
@@VinylVillageGarage resistance across the orange and blue wire, I have continuity across them on both harnesses
@@reecehomes2227 yes continuity is one thing but resistance is another. If one motor has like 25 ohms and the other has like 50 that motor is probably the issue.
