I’ve never seen this movie but this scene sparked my curiosity. When my mom found out she was pregnant with me my dad had a similarly reaction. But thankfully my dad has been an excellent father. But when a woman gets pregnant it’s a life she has inside her. How people treat her will definitely affect that baby.

He was abused and neglected and saw things no young child should see. He was adopted from the foster care system after moving from home to home. The father still has the psychological scars from his childhood, and would never want his child to suffer what he did. I can relate to this, so much. I got pregnant in 2015 to my now ex. When I learned I was pregnant, he told me that he was seeing another girl behind my back who he wanted more than me. Sadly I was only 18 and just didn't know any better, he had me manipulated and controlled beyond belief. Ok for all of you wondering why he reacted like that, remember Christian is indeed pretty dark character because of his past. His childhood left its marks and because of the amount of self hating Christian has inside, he doesn't believe that he could be a good father. Plus, it was a bit early for them, considering for example Ana being only 21. They had a life ahead for preparing to be a family someday. Ana didn't want to become a parent either, but of course her biological instincts as a woman took control. This is why I myself like the books, the characters are interesting somehow. Hopefully no one judges me. I don't like the movies though.
I feel like you're looking too much into this. I think Christian Grey was just upset that there'll be someone in Ana's life now taking away her attention from him, because he's just a terrible person.

he’s an ass! but i can tell why his reaction is what it is. He had a bad childhood, really really bad and a lot of self hatred. He never wanted to be a father bc he never thought he could. Honestly it’s so interesting to understand his character especially if you are a psychology student like me lol. The books are poorly written and lets not talk about the movies.

This isn’t an ideal reaction from the man you love, however it happens and it doesn’t make the relationship “abusive” but Christian is what he would consider himself “damaged goods” he was abused, he doesn’t know how to communicate properly in certain circumstances clearly. I think the idea just scared him, he wasn’t open to love or an actual proper relationship either until he fell in love with Ana. People aren’t perfect, but I can see throughout the movie why so many women love their relationship, and so many people are confused by it
