@The Implication yo im an ahole as much as the next guy but i still gotta say thats really not cool man. Who are you? How metal are you? lmao? TH-cam deletes my comments if i dont censor myself
@The Implication youre abusive to a child on the internet, and then your response is “shut up”. Look iv had tons and tons of problems in my life and iv done and said worse than what youre doing here, and its obvious to me that youre using comments as an outlet for resentment and frustration. Im gonna tell you right now that you need to start working out and maybe using microdoses of shrooms and you will feel a lot better, despite whatever is bringing you down in life. A happy, or content, or stable person does not vent anger into a kids youtube account. Just makes you look like a tool, and no one with half a brain could take your side on this. If you have a girlfriend, imagine what she would think of her man talking to kids like that. If you dont have a girl, well, i dont see that type of personality getting you one anytime soon. Just meditate on all that for a bit before you write back. And focus on how im trying to treat you like a person in pain that i care about enough to bother writing this, not just dismissing you as a psycho and retaliating.
Since I was a teenager in the 90s, anytime Ive been in a bad mood, metal always helps calm me down. My family and some friends dont understand it and think its crazy that I listen to it at full volume at 6am on my way to work to help me get through the morning but everyone does what works for them. If it werent for bands like Cannibal Corpse have got me through the worst times in my life including heroin addiction and cptsd from childhood bullying, I truly dont think Id be alive. I love your channel and its refreshing to see younger people who arent consumed by their ego and are keeping metal alive for future generations. Keep it up as long as it makes you happy and I hope you pursue a career in journalism. You do a great job interviewing everyone.
George is one of the most kindred souls in music. He is extremely down to earth and cares for other and always has 100%. Mad respect for him. Cannibal Corpse are extremely talented musicians, and the longevity of the band is incredible.
Another great video buddy...it's awesome watching you grow up and keeping the excitement you have for music! Don't ever lose that man, music is life!! 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Your questions are both very appropriate and silly and I just love the way u deliver those questions Elliot! I feel like he really enjoyed talking to someone who is both a fan and a person who sits and listens to what he's got to say. I love your interviews man. Can't believe I discovered this channel too late but all your videos are amazing. Congrats on your work with terrifier 2! Have a great day!
I've met him, he is friendly. He likes to chat about bands and gaming, and in that first subject he was holding court at the Brass Mug one night quizzing fans about his favorite bands, and he asked "Who knows what DBC's name stands for?" I'm an old timer, not too dyed in the wool but I remembered DBC from a death metal show that used to air on WUSB 90.1 in New York, and I answered "Dead Brain Cells!" He liked that.
Outstanding! Both interviewer and interviewed. Quality character and solid humanity. To think anyone ever had the audacity to warn me to stay away from death metal. Ha. In the words of Ash Williams, "Uh huh, that's right, who's laughing now?"
I've seen Cannibal Corpse a good 7 times since 2000 . George always had that tough guy persona onstage yet in interviews he seems like a really nice guy .
I love making playlists George. You're stuff with Monstrosity and Cannibal Corpse grace my ears on my death metal playlists a lot! Especially in Winter! Brutality, Bolt Thrower, Death! What are some of your favorites? Elliott, great interview as usual! I love you're channel. 🍻
It was cool to hear him mention Off With Their Heads. Such a bad ass bad. I’ve always found a sense of positivity in the their songs, even though some may see it otherwise.
I'd love to meet the grider. I'm a Florida and I've listened to metal all my life. Corpse opened up a can of worms. I release my demons when I listen to scourge of iron . It calms me down. Same as listening to Vivaldi or beethoven
Couple wholesome humans with inhuman necks chatting. Saw Cannibal Corpse a few days ago in upstate NY and Corpsegrinder was just as wholesome in person. One of the best live sets I've seen too. RESPECT THE NECK. PS: Off With Their Heads is one of my favorite bands too. Super sad and self deprecating lyrics, but those songs have gotten me through so much. Especially the record From The Bottom.
The way I see death metal as healthy as inspiring is like when you have so much bad stuff inside of you and you just want to climb a mountain and yell all sorts of obscenities to release that negative energy. it's a cleanse.
I still have no idea what Chris Barnes meant when he said the state of the death metal scene today made him sick. I mean is he jealous cause his band sucks? Truly mind boggling. He was great when he was the singer for cannibal corpse, sad to see how far the mighty have fallen. Also of course with as good of a person as corpsegrinder is he wouldn’t call out Chris Barnes directly, but we all knew who he was telling to go kiss rocks (great new phrase by the way, unless he said kick but I heard kiss)
loving this death and black metal is the world to me has been for forty years or so love your interviews elliot corpsegrinder seems like a cool guy i love your one with morgan of marduk and i agree that latest cannibal corpse is amazing! keep the content coming cheers me up!
Awesome interview my friend! CORPSEGRINDER is a super cool dude, and as humble as they come. I always enjoy his interviews, and hearing what he has to say. Anyhow, great job, as always, and thank you for sharing with all of us! 💀🤮DEATH METAL ETERNAL🤮💀
He's like me at Christmas. Loved seeing my kids reactions opening their stuff. I was the same way because I bought their gifts like two months early and it seemed like forever to see them excited, it was killing me 😃
"I think that "Violence Unimagined" is one of your best records yet. Would you agree?" I would have pissed my pants, if Fisher had said something like "nah, everything with Barnes was better" or "I think it's our worst". 😂🤘
@@hugolafhugolaf definitely not..it boils down to one of 2 things. More than likely he has a family member that is in involved in the scene somehow OR his parents have money and throw whatever little Elliot he wants to make these interviews happen. Trust and believe.. they are not doing this out of the goodness of their heart or more importantly for free..
I have the entire Master of Reality album memorized for vocals. And the eponymous and Paranoid, too. Almost all of Volume 4 as well. I did have a tribute band to Sabbath once.
In terms of humanity over the last 4 years, unless you're in denial or living in a bubble..... Tyrannical governments are out of control, and we're living in clown world. On another note, nice interview, Corpsegrinder is awesome! Good metal always puts me in a good mood!
He’s such a down to Earth dude, thanks for doing this interview!

Enter the battle of the necks. Corpsegrinder is down with the thickness. Elliot has length beyond length!

Yes!!! Thank you!
Can’t wait to see him in Florida with the band in March. Really hope to meet him.
Grinder is and always has been a solid dude. Never off the cuff, never had the lead singer disorder shit. Love to see it 🤌🏻
I’ve spent over 30 years of my life listening to Metal hardcore and punk.
This interview is RAD!! CNBL CRPS are absolute legends, thank you 🥳🙌🙏💕
Glad George mentioned The Shining. That is my favorite movie along with Fight Club.

I always love the questios you ask Elliott!
Thank you! I appreciate you watching and commenting. It keeps me inspired to keep doing more of these 🤘🏼
It’s crazy seeing cannibal corpse going this long and seeing anyone young into this. It’s a good thing😁
Ive been watching you since you were wee lad! Fucking proud of you man!
Thank you! Thanks for sticking with us!
Truly appreciate your time and dedication to your channel. Hope you have a long run.

For having the nickname Corpsegrinder, he's a pretty wholesome person.
Good to see you still at it!
Always! The grind never stops 🔥
Hey cool interview LPP!! I remember listening to these guys back in high school 30 years ago.. Zero the Hero cover they did from Sabbath was badass!!
Such a great interview. Corpsegrinder seems like such a cool person to talk to.
Can't wait for his solo album to come out, it's gonna be brutal!
Awesome stuff! I was lucky enough to meet Corpsegrinder when CC were last in Australia. He's legitimately one of the nicest human beings on this earth
Dude i met him this week in Brasil, he was Very Very Very kind. It was great!
I love how Corpsgrinder always shouts out off with their heads! Another fantastic interview.
Great interview!!! 🤟🔥👍

Great interview with the KING of metal vocalists. Also can’t wait for Terrifier 2 my man!
Thanks!!! And T2 is going to be AWESOME!!! I can promise you that! ☠️
Really well conducted interview, Elliott.
Off With Their Heads took me through some tough shit as well, cheers, George!
My favorite Corpsegrinder , Cannibal Corpse album is VILE.
Corpsegrinder is such a good dood. Have had the chance to chat with him a couple times over the years. 🤘🏻
Great interview as always.
Awesome shirt too. All the best.
Hopefully another interview with George after his solo album is out.
Great interview Elliott!
Awesome interview, awesome questions too!
Corpsegrinder reminds me a lot of my dad, any topic you give him he’ll be willing to go off on a rant on it😂 love it
I've seen Cannibal Corpse a good 7 times since 2000 . George always had that tough guy persona onstage yet in interviews he seems like a really nice guy .
He's such a big sweetie 💕 I have nothing but love and respect for Cannibal Corpse🤘
I farted and it sounded like Chris barnes
Very good interview. He is really down to earth. Great to hear him praise new bands as well.
You will go far young man! Great interview Little man as always ✌️😂
Corpsegrinder is the man! Really cool dude to chill with.
Listening to corpse and lamb of God has lifted me through the darkness of my last 5 years of my life.
Saw CC live in Reading, PA last night. Go see them! Great show!

Love watching these videos!

Get to know who DBC are and chat with him about that. He will really like that.
Love your interviews. Keep up the good work. Greetings from Poland
i like the sneaky barnes diss at the end in regards to the state of modern death metal
I thought that too, an indirect comeback at Chris Barnes' remarks about death metal vocalists and the current death metal scene.
It was cool to hear him mention Off With Their Heads. Such a bad ass bad. I’ve always found a sense of positivity in the their songs, even though some may see it otherwise.
I love this album. You asked him some great questions.

Lol poor Shadow of Intent... can't wait to see this tour. 4 amazing metal bands, long overdue!
Great job elliot..never stop brother
You've gotta interview Glen Benton from Deicide.
he couldnt handle the flamboyant questioning
@@thelegend2571 Maybe. Glen just hates stupid people lol
You interviewed Alex Essoe and George "Corposegrinder" Fisher. Subbed.
what a humble dude. love it. Plus i dig the Bawlmore accent
me too. I live in Baltimore. I met George a long time ago at their band rehearsal wen they were corpse grinder.
The way I see death metal as healthy as inspiring is like when you have so much bad stuff inside of you and you just want to climb a mountain and yell all sorts of obscenities to release that negative energy. it's a cleanse.
What a wholesome dude Corpsegrinder is lol.
Never heard a bad thing about ol' Corpsegrinder! 🤘

Rock on buddy! 🤘🏼
Bro understands everything, that he started headbanging, even george was only speaking😭😭😭😭
He's like me at Christmas. Loved seeing my kids reactions opening their stuff. I was the same way because I bought their gifts like two months early and it seemed like forever to see them excited, it was killing me 😃
I get to see CC next weekend!!!
Enjoy the show!
his solo album slaps!
I have the violence unimagined shirt. Love Cannibal Corpse!! 🤘🤘
Saw them on the same tour as power trip also RIP Riley
Same here in NYC. It was an unforgettable show! RIP Riley.
Love what he said about the current death metal scene. He definitely threw some shade at Chris Barns and it was much deserved.
Chris Barnes with nightmare of the decomposed this Guy chould shut the fuck up about the death metal scenes
good job dude...❤ from MALAYSIA
I love this guy. For some reason, he reminds me of Penn Jillette.
I just recently realized he was in Monstrosity. Small world, huh. On another note, nice shout out to all the teachers, mr. Fisher :)
Nice Doyle shirt Elliot!
He really took a shot at Barns with the whole modern Death Metal thing 😂
Deservedly. But also was classy enough not to address him directly which is one of so many reasons he is respected.
Barnes is trash now
amazing
The atl show was a blast
"I think that "Violence Unimagined" is one of your best records yet. Would you agree?"
I would have pissed my pants, if Fisher had said something like "nah, everything with Barnes was better" or "I think it's our worst". 😂🤘
My favorite song from Violence Unimagined’s Murderous Rampage.
Elliott how the hell do you get these interviews possible??
I'm sure that metal artists have watched other interviews, and they know how good an interviewer Elliott is.

Cannibal corpse songs are basically Shaun Hutson novels condensed into 4 minute metal songs.🤘🤘🤘
Dude corpse is the only person who can rock his own merch
I have the entire Master of Reality album memorized for vocals. And the eponymous and Paranoid, too. Almost all of Volume 4 as well. I did have a tribute band to Sabbath once.
Also play harmonica on The Wizard. :->

Imperial Doom is bloody awesome
👍👍👍 friend great 👍👍 interview
Imperial doom is my favorite album any chance of something coming out for the 30 years old anniversary?
The new Cannibal corpse album is called Violence unimagined but it's not an appropriate title because they do imagine the violence 😂😂🤘🤘
