Kudos to you and your dad for supporting you with your dream. I have to tell you, I'm very impressed with you and your work ethic. You seem like a fine, upstanding young man and I hope you get to realize all your dreams and so much more ! Congratulations on your engagement, I think she picked well. I hope you'll introduce her to your subscribers. All the best to you.
Awesome story you got here. I myself just started getting into Subaru's about 1 year ago and I already own 3. I am currently working on doing what you started out with by buying ones with blown motors and fixing them to sell. There has been a lot to learn and I know there is plenty more I don't know, but it truly is something enjoyable to work on in my free time. I myself always enjoy seeing videos of taking these 1990s-2010s cars being put back together and on the road again rather then being sent to the scrapyard. Keep up the good work, and I can't wait to see what other content you make.
It's been a pleasure watching the channel as of recently. I remember when you built the FSTI that I kept admiring around town, then it remember almost purchasing a Forester XT from you. Now I'm a full fledged fan!!! Keep up the great work, it has helped me quite a bit with my own build.
hearing your story and checking out your other videos made me want to start learning how to fix and modify my own car. you got some great parents man, bet theyre proud as hell of what youve done. looking forward to more videos 👍
Appreciate this comment. Go for it! Get a good daily driver, then buy a car you can mess around with. Messing around with the daily driver can get difficult
Thanks for sharing, would love a more in depth video. For example a video showcasing 1 car and you breaking down the costs to buy it and then you parting it out or fixing it and showing profits at the end 👍
You should do a moped build if you ever get the chance or showcase yours, thing is sick 😂, but this is an awesome story to hear hard work is paying off!
do you think this is still worth while parting cars? im thinking about doing it on the side? also any tips for somebody whos just starting to get into it
Money can definitely be made doing it. Start with cheaper cars, work your way up to the point where you can cash flow more expensive cars. I didn’t start off buying 5 sti’s. Took me years to get there
I wouldn’t say he is necessarily. He thinks they’re cool, but would rather save his money than buy one like this. Definitely a “gear head”. Likes race cars, sprint cars, more interest in circle track stuff. I don’t think he watches these long fork videos, but I’d love to be able to gift him a nicely setup sti or some sort of other “sports car” some day.
From Facebook,I liked your content.... sending greetings from Africa Kenya to be precise 🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪
Thanks!

Amazing bro. Keep it up. Inspired to teach my kids a passion they can grow from, like you had 👍
It’s a skill that will save them and potentially make them thousands

Haha when it gets warm again I’ll bring the ped out and rip it in some videos
Dope story man! Glad TH-cam recommend your channel, we are in the same boat however without the space but hopefully we will get a shop soon.

Thats awesome man. Its a rewarding feeling to make good investments and learn along the way. As a gr86 owner im curious, ever deal with BRzs?
I havnt yet, but I want to. I always keep my eyes open for a blown motor one, but have not found a decently priced one yet
Good Story Dude! Congrats!! Do you still Have you FXT??? Been watching you for a while but cant remember :)
I do! But it’s been at paint for 2 years…. Whole issue and other story

Is your dad an enthusiast as well if so what’s he drive and what’s his dream car ?

You work a lot in the beginning to work less later so you can enjoy your life!
Agreed. I still need to be in that stage, I’m not there yet
