Alright for your question: The thing with edo tensei is that the loophole is RIDICULOUS. Basically if you had any special ability before you died it will come back when you're an edo tensei. Even if it's taken away you will have them back. I can't fully answer the question because there is no way to do it without spoilers. Just know that if you died with something you come back with it as an edo.

Basically there was a character that had a very small portion of the nine-tails chakra, he was able to go in version 2 state(the red chakra, like 4-tails Naruto) and just when he was about to go full Nine-tails, the chakra was gone, he had simply ran out of it. Again this is filler, but it is the only scenario that we have ever seen. So it's rather safe to assume that if the Nine-tails tries to take over one of the brothers, the chakra will simply run out.

So for the Gold and Silver brothers who have a small portion, which is still huge compared to regular ninja, they can only accomplish what Naruto can on his 4 tails form, more or less... The Kyubi is just weird. It's broken basically cuz it's really strong even when he has half of his chakra. Now, having half the chakra does not mean he is not capable of giving Naruto his beast form, like Bee and the Hachibi. It means that the power he is giving Naturo could be multiplied by 2 if he was full. So for the Gold and Silver brothers who have a small portion, which is still huge compared to regular ninja, they can only accomplish what Naruto can on his 4 tails form, more or less... It is not a replica of the fox, is just a big mass of chakra, since it once belonged to the Kyubi it does have its will, so the chakra responds to hate and anger.
kekkai genkai is either a clan special ability or its having 2 chakra natures at the same time and being able to create a new element. yamato is earth/water to create wood. haku is water/wind to create ice. paku is water/fire to create the scorch style

Half of the Nine Tails Chakara is sealed away forever in Minato’s, think of them being split into a Ying Yang kinda thing Naruto has one half where Minato has the other half, with out both it cant be whole. So it would require that original half from Minato. (Idk if that makes sense)

best way to describe the fox chakra situation with the brothers, Naruto has one half and Minato has the other half, like the body and chakra and everything. What the two brothers have is just chakra that they essentially stole from the fox while they were inside its stomach cause if I'm not mistaken they also ate its meat from the inside because they were in there for 2 weeks. Need to eat something I guess. If they did not eat any of its flesh, their bodies merely absorbed some of the foxes chakra while they were inside.
