I'm assuming that having them all at the same time and coin amount would let all four screens time down with bonus points simultaneously. I'm guessing that the 'victory' music we hear at the end is actually from all four simultaneously.

It's not tool assisted, but you can see clearly that the egg blocks push mario in various directions.
