a black hole theory doesn't really fly when in totality, you look at the fact that our solar system in one of the far ending spiral arms of the milkyway galaxy. Most likely its a large celestial body that as caught in our suns orbit. Its happened before when you look at how pluto/charon formed aka a body hitting a newly formed pluto and creating charon. the same with the earth and our moon, a planet hitting our earth and creating our moon in response.
The question becomes if planet 9/x is so far out, how is it maintaining that orbit and is it stable? IF its in perihelion like the all the other planets then it may have been formed closer and moved outward either through jupiters/saturns gravity until it landed where its at? all those questions come intoplay

The orbit of planet X is theoretical because we have to witness the event for the exact data, there are extinction events on earth every 65 million years which ties into the theoretical orbit of this planet, could it be that the sheer gravitational interaction with the planet as it passes just completely resets earth. We already know if a large planet like that came too close to us the gravitational forces alone would cause gigantic tidal waves and earthquakes. The planet would be destroyed to the point it would be molten waste land again only for it to take billion of years to evolve. It could also explain why; if there indeed HAS been countless intelligent life on earth why we have never found remnants in space like satellites as the planet likely pulls them all out of geosynchronous orbit as it approaches

I grew up with Pluto as a planet. It was in my school books. I refuse to not call it a planet. Pluto IS a. Planet. Our ancestors even called it a planet. Look at the ancient Sumerians 6000 years ago.

Yes, it is a small planet, but still a planet.

The only reason they say it's not is because it hasn't cleared all the asteroids near it. Which is just preposterous to me, so once all the asteroids hit Pluto, it's going to be a planet again. Something seems off there.

Agreed. It's a dwarf planet so still a planet

Why is it that all the ancients knew about all the celestial planets and you don’t think there’s not a plan or nine out there

They knew of them because they could see them. Planet is derived from Ancient Greek word to wander. They were wandering stars.

Planet X/9 is thought of requiring several tens of thousands of years to circle the sun once. So taking it into consideration, it could be that these civilizations just couldn’t see it because it was at a further point away than any other planet.

Maybe that so called Planet 9 is no even a planet.
Maybe its some baby blackhole stuck with solar system.
Kinda dope if its true.. 😅

So we can look at black holes. See the atmospheres at planets in neighboring solar systems. Look at other solar systems. And look at the far end off the seeable universe, look back into the beginning of time. But we can't find a planet in our own solar system. How can all theses billion dollar telescopes not find a planet in our own solar system.
