I've never heard of the 12x12, but that's a pretty neat way to bring in the new year. I'd do it if I wasn't hanging out with friends, but perhaps I can stitch a couple of hours on a few projects that day. I am a stitcher for close to 50 years. Yikes!!!!! Going to start a HAED this year at my age. This isn't my first full coverage but definitely my largest in size. I think my husband believes i am crazy but he is very proud of my stitching. Love your designs that your husband gifted you for Christmas. Looking foward to your videos coming in 2025..

With my 2024 temperature tree I had every intention of doing a leaf a day. Then it became 7 leaves each Sunday. By October I was doing 14-15 leaves every couple weeks (ish). I am up to date to December 15, so I can knock mine out January 1. I think you'll find you use Temperature Tuesday for yours more than you think!

My New Year New Start is going to be Cup of Cheer and I will put in 200 stitches and then every month on the 1st I will put in another 200 stitches so I guess I am doing Monthly projects and the daily will be my temperature stitching. I have to make mine simple so I can remember what I am doing for what reason. You sure do have a lot on your plate so hopefully all of it will work out for you and your enjoy your new plans and stitchy time. Happy Stitching.

@@adelaidestitches Cup of Cheer is started and I just love the Sparkly Fabric which of course could be a problem down the road because I would love to do more projects on the Sparkly Fabric. I did get the Stitch Witch for Christmas but I will wait to get that started closer to Halloween. Hopefully you are enjoying your stitching time too.

I'm leaning towards an hour each on the 12 of my current WIPs that I would like to try and finish during 2025 - although the 40 or so that I have kitted and ready to go are also tempting! I've got one WIP of shame that definitely needs a finish, but the rest are from 2021 onwards so not too bad but some of them should have been finished by now! I do have a new start for New Year's Day already picked out (Dreaming Girl by Barbara Ana), and I've set up a WIPGO board for the first time and have 4 new starts on that too so I think that will scratch the itch for new starts.

With that England cross stitch you could always just stitch your fav landmarks with the map??? Then it would be finished a bit quicker??? I joined caterpillar cross stitch and got the temperature stitch and can’t wait to start it… so glad it was free cause I’m heading into a no spend 2025….

Are you concentrating on just what you have, or will you be buying new? Perhaps a challenge year to finish as many projects as possible before buying new, maybe 3 finishes before a new start? As a septuagarian i have started worrying about how much stitchy stuff will be around for my non stitchy family to get rid of.😂
