Two areas of New Brighton close to the river, will now have to travel further on to main roads, hoping someone will let them in, to get out quicker in an emergency, makes sense to someone who doesn't live here 👍It looks nice apart from that and completely agree on lights, the round about is dangerous, but I do hope there is going to be improved unignorable signage to direct new people to the main road that needs the traffic for all the businesses now it will be to the right a fair bit.
@@Robbo-jt9eu By that logic there's no point building this road at all. If a road can't be built to satisfy demand for at least a couple of decades we might as well say no to any new development that encourages population growth.

why is there a cycle lane on the road and on the footpath? you could have made this double lane for cars? this is illogical
Yeah, and then in another 10 years when the population has grown, dig up the whole road to put another lane in...
