      Mera to jindgi se badhkar hi ho gya hai ya to job is year ya to suicide kch bhi nhi bacha hai life me har jagah se lat kha rhe hai sas nanad to daily bhuut sunati hai jisko man krta hai suna deta hai ye soch kar ki bina bap ki bachi hai kya kar legi mai topper thi hmesha se hi lkin sadi ke bad zindgi narak ban gyi hai daily suicide ke ke naye tarike ke thought aa rhe hai jivan narak ban gya hai

    I was a very happiest person. Qualified CA. Since my first Panic attack it’s looked like I’m not gonna survive . Till then life isn’t same. It took almost my every smile. It’s very dangerous and sometimes shows life threatening situations. This is a very serious issue

      Same here bro, i'm also struggling from last year ,facing failure, this year break up (8 year relation) now because all of this, suffering from anxiety, overthinking, depression & another one is marriage pressure because i am 31 year old. Self doubt na bhi aye tab b zindgi majboor kr deti hai ki existence kuch worth bhi hai meri😅

      @@mindrentedkota2531Waise I didn't say alcohol was a stimulant. I should have mentioned alcohol in another line. I did read somewhere that alcohol is neurotoxin that stimulates a part of our brain that releases dopamine at an initial stage but later acts as a depressant. Anyway it's regular consumption isn't good.

    सर जी हर माता-पिता की सोच एक जैसी नहीं होती है, खासकर लड़कियों के लिए, अगर सबकी सोच और विचार एक जैसा हो जाए तो आधी आबादी जो डिप्रेशन का शिकार है , वो सब ठीक हो जाए..... और मैं आपकी बात से सहमत हू आपके विचार से सही पालन-पोषण तभी मिलेगा जब माता पिता खुद पढ़े लिखे होंग, सालो से चली आई जातपात पे इंसान लड़ाई कर रहा है, लड़का-लड़की का भेदभाव , जो कि कितने बच्चों की जान ले रहा है.... हम शादी तो कर लेते हैं. लेकिन शादी का सही अर्थ जाने बिना ,बच्चे पैदा कर लेते हैं लेकिन सही पेरेंटिंग नहीं जानते है. 🙏🙏🙏 आपके विचार बहुत अच्छे हैं सर जी।❤❤

    Few years ago, when i was preparing for govt exams, somehow i got continuous headache, i went to doctors byt they said it is due to aspirants pressyre finally i got govt job but one day i vomited a lot, i got tested by doctors and found that i have hypertension since years and due to this my kidney damaged, i am shattered, now last option is to transplant,, इसलिए हेल्थ के लिए compromise मत करो, आप हो तो सबकुछ है

    In class 8, a teacher used to humiliate me in class for my poor address. My father was a DU lecturer. I hated school n told my parents to change my school. They said..aisa ho hi nahi sakta,tumhe koi vaham hua hai,n if theres any such problem,deal with it, we cant help u.
    This ruined my mental make up,my confidence.

    I was not knowing that i was suffering from panic attacks....i explained my situation to my parents,particularly my father but according to him he has studied psychology in his graduation so he thinks i try to create drama and that exaggerates my panic attack....and in the present time i am being pressurized for marriage and i am really not mentally ready for that...

    tab se maine pooja karni start kari...
    exam to nahi nikla jo mai chahti thi...
    but panic attack, rona...stress mai rehna....nervous hona exam mai sab bandhho gya...

    Pehli bar panic attack covid ke time hua thha, iske baad ekbar online scam hone ka dar ho gaya thha, us samay mein bhi panic attack hua thha, aur lastly last year ek competitive exam(RRB PO prelims) mein exam hall main hi panic attack aney lag gaya thha. My parents supported me and I started believing in me, finally got selected as IBPS PO this year. Very much relatable and very important topic. Thanks for talking about it, sir.

    Yess mujhe bhi Anxiety ka panic attack 2023 nov mein aaya tha, aur mujhe laga mar jaaunga , lekin Psychiatrist ko dikhaya toh unhone btaya Anxiety ka panic attack hai 😢

    After COVID 19 I was completely changed , the day when I vaccinated the same day I got first panic attack, but I did not know what was this, after one year I was completely lost like fear of talking with people , go outside from home, heart palpitations, bp high, my body was completely behaving differently and I was not able to understand, i did check all the ECG, blood test , mri but nothing any suspicious found out.
    Day by day I was going in darkness, not feeling well every second , life was at suicidal mode, while I was doing a central government job yet I was in darkness and was going to die
    But one doctor recognised my problem depression anxiety and panic attack, and after 4 years medication now life has complete changed

    Id been suffering from depression. I once ran out of medicines in a new town n didn't hav a psychiatrist.
    So,i took over the counter anti depressant by Patanjali.
    After taking 2 tablets, i started getting terrible panic attacks. It's been 8 yrs n I'm still taking medicines. I can't travel alone out of town. Permanent problem

    When I was a teen i finished 12th suffered and i didn't know till 6 months what's happening with me.Blurry vision sudden increase in BP to 180/120 and heart rate to 140 continued till 6-8hrs per day and every day that was terrible for me 😭 then I went to general opd that doctor prescribed BP tablets😡 then I consumed it for 2 weeks(inside I know this doctor doesn't know anything)after getting frustrated and I went to district headquarters hospital to general opd then i said what's happening with me doctor please help me i am going to die then she made me clam and asked me few questions and said to get an appointment with psychiatrist after 2 weeks I got appointment then went for checkup at that time i was not even able to speak a word with a lot of difficult I expressed how terrible suffering then she prescribed antidepressants and sleeping pill.when i consumed the pills for the 1st time I fell asleep and felt clam cause I was also suffering from insomnia since last year and i had not slept for a year and it's not a joke then after 3 year on medication finally I left medicine and 6 months and i am feel good now and I don't compromise my mental health for something else I hope you won't suffer. During these 3 years I could not study as well as I lost my college life too😢

      @@kuldeepsingh-ld7re Yes it has side effects as well as withdrawal syndrome too if you are consuming it for too long around 1 to 2 year it's time to change your doctor to a well experienced doctor and remember you will face withdrawal syndrome including dizziness confusion indigestion and vomiting after 2-3 months you will be ok take care brother but don't do it by yourself consult doctor I hope you will get well soon bro👍

    Sir mujhe itna serious to ni. But ajkl sene pr bharipan sa rhta h esp. morning me bistar se uthne ka mann ni karta. Exam ka soch k need ni ati, bhuk ni lgti, suicidal thoughts aa rhe h. Ab books dekh k irritation hoti h. concentrate ni kr pa ri. Har waqt bs rona ata rehta.
    I m preparing for gov job exams. But papers leak,seats bikna, 2-3sal time lgna joining me, Over age...ye sb tension exam pas krne se khi zyada h.
    Ghar ki tension, financial problems alag h.
    Mujhe har waqt ghabrahat se hoti h, kisi b kam me mann ni lgta. Samjh ni aa rha kya kru.
    Apne jo symptoms btaye wo mujhe b exam hall me hue the but itne severe ni mild the.
    Mere pas job ni ab health b khrab ho ri h. me aur bojh ni banna chahti sab pr
    Emotional support to door ki baat wo humiliate krte h. Exams clr krne pr b usme kuch galat nikal he dete h. Aise koi job lete he shadi kr denge.
    Mujhe to shadi ka ek aur trauma h.
    Mujhe koi achi position ki job leni thi. But ab to himmat he tut gy meri. Kuch ho he ni rha mujhese .
    Me emotional support k liye depend ni reh skti un par. Ni samjhne wale.
    Bolte h hum to pdhne ka paise de diye.

    Very dangerous hai panic attacks lagne lagta hai ki ab to bachna mushkil hai ,saans bahut tej ho jaati h ,paseena, haath pair kaapne lagte h,heart ya to baithne lagta h ya phir bahut tej speed se dhadkta h but jaise hi medicine 💊 lo turant aaram ho jaata h then ekdum normal.

    My first panic attack I got was on 2nd jan 2023, and then mh complete year was disaster! I used to scared a lot from loud sounds,from crowd, from exercising, from going out alone many more. And, the first time I got panic attack was due to gastric issue which my brain turned signalled as I going to pass out by heart attack! And guess what? It was a "health anxiety" I used to search more and more videos for my problem and I came with solution- It's all about brain, tumhe apne brain ko traim karne ki need hai, tell him that dude! You're safe, tum ek dum theek ho aur sab theek ho jayega, mai bhi bhot checkups karayi thi and they were all fine. Those were my intrusive/negative thoughts that if it will happen,what if that'll happen...humein inn thoughts ko control karna hai and most essential thing!
    Modify your lifestyle, make new friends, go for walk when yoi feel overwhelmed, cut out junk for your diet, listen to your favourite music, take proper quality sleep & drink plenty of water!
    THIS ONE IS MOST IMPORTANT - Please be mindful of what you consume on social media, don't consume distressing content, don't compare your life with others (Guys it's social media, noone is going to give you reality), never judge yourself.
    Love yourself more and more, like you used to do in childhood 😊. And, yes have "Turmeric milk" once in a day, it helps in lowering inflammation in body that caused by stress.
    One more thing, please enjoy every moment of life! Remember your childhood? You used to play, laugh, run around,go for cycling etc. don't cut these habits from your life.
    My dear friend, you'll surely get success with shining stars but before that result comes, love this process,love yourself, smile more, go in front of mirror and say- " Hey! I love you more than anything or anyone, I'll give you world" ❤️🧚🏻 If you'll love yourself,take care of yourself then for sure you'll be giving best life to you & your family 😊
    Let me add one more thing(sorry but it'll help you pal):- Spend time in sunlight, I know it's monsoon time but build this habit for sure! Sunshine have power of lowering stress and boosting serotonin hormones, you'll feel more energetic!😊

    Mujhe oct se panik attack aa rhe dr n st depression btaya pluse rate 105/110 bp low always. Koi smjhta ni I am suffering a lot. Akele roti hu. Sir mai kya kru. Bht preshn hu. Abi bi neend ni aa rhe. Weight loss achanak s ho gya. Severe chest pain hota tb. Hm ek br m Mr jye aisa lgta. Lkn panik attack bht. I can't explain

    I suffered from same condition..before neet exam ...my symptoms were rapid heart rate ..breathing issue.. i did ecg echo doctors said everything ok ..actually that was anxity disorder...

    Probably it's not due to pressure. These flight or fight response explanation is not very accurate. Yes stress will trigger panic attack BUT stress is NOT the reason for the attack. It's an independent disorder.
