This is a fantastic video, thanks for posting it. I have a 1970-made Marlin Model 49 which shares an action with the Models 99 and 60. It runs perfectly when it is clean, but it doesn't take much to start malfunctioning. The level of detail in this video is probably just what I need to make sure it doesn't need parts, and has good tips on retrofitting superior newer parts.
