- Leading up to the EnduroKA 24hr event at Anglesey, I threw the MR2 in to the MSVR Trackday Championship.
During the race, the MR2 got rammed so hard the chassis legs folded. The crash at Silverstone last year was bad enough but this one was worse. Someone decided it would be easier if they used my car to slow down rather than their brakes.
Slightly less than ideal, but thanks to great support from Darkside I was able to finish the race.

Sam normally drives that E36 to and from the circuit for races and seems to do quite well. Gutted about the shunt but great content though. Loving it 👍. Bring on Anglesey track day next weekend for me 👌
Consistency is the mark of a good racing driver! Mad how the KA is 8 seconds a lap slower than the MR2. I thought it would be more. Another fine video. Shame about the damage. On to the next one!

Understand this is all part of the ‘fun’ of racing and you just have to suck it up, but I’d be so pissed off if some knobber did that to my car. Hope the clio at least apologised?

Been a subscriber to your channel for awhile. I’ve always been curious, is their any resolutions when these accidents occur? Or is it a leave it at the track and it comes out of your pocket even if another driver smashes your vehicle?

Yeah Anglesey kills tyres. I race bikes, as I've mentioned before(lol) and even in the wet there you can almost ride like it's dry.
