他是音樂劇出生，標準學院派，音準無瑕疵，已經很厲害了。很多歌星在錄音棚是需要調音師調音准的。
大部份的歌手都會怕唱張學友的歌，除了因為會比較之外，更重要的是很難超越，今天曹楊的雖然不能超越原唱，但是卻唱出了自己的版本，令人留下了不錯的印象，真的值得讚賞。

太帅会让人忽略唱功，其实真的很不错，阳光清爽 俊逸出尘，有贵族范儿，不仅可以当歌手，以后还可以演戏，通过以往的比赛可以发现，外型太差的人就算拿了冠军也很难有好的发展。

我觉得他可是试试拍戏，这么帅。拍戏/唱歌/上综艺都会很棒的
我反而觉得外型虽帅却没什么特点，声音很标准几乎无瑕疵的学院派，贵族范和这首歌的风格并不配，他缺少故事。演戏最需要的就是故事，否则就只能是花瓶。

Don't understand why he is getting all these negative comments. He has the whole package - good looks, good voice plus the ability to write songs.. His stage presence is great, he knows what he is good in and what are his weaknesses. His songs are never "overwhelming" or too big for him. So ya.. I don't get the negativity..🤷♀️🤷♀️

Cao Yang is outstanding on his own accord. Very Jason Zhang vibe! Knowing and working with Jay Chou previously shouldn't be the reason we discard all the hardwork he put in, in this career.

我很想把那些一直把别人翻唱版本来跟曹扬比的说，你们这样可以直接去听你们喜欢的版本，真的搞不懂为什么你们一直觉得他不是唱的不够感情，就是还没到那个水准。。。
其实曹扬我觉得已经很努力了，想证明他真正的实力，而且又有该有的观众喜欢的长相，而不是靠人气关系进来好声音比赛的。。。
有时在想，可不可以只要好好享受他的歌唱就好了，其实宁静也是一种美，一种生活态度，享受?

from all the comments i’ve read, people said that the way he sings doesn’t really have “feelings”, like this is a really sad song but it doesn’t really bring out the sadness in it. some said he’s gone this far because of his face. i love him and his voice but some of the comments are true.
He has an excellent voice. However, people will inadvertently draw comparisons between him and Jacky Cheung.
