Wow such a beautiful place, so nice to see these birds free flying, building their own nests, etc fantastic, hi from New Zealand
Hey there! Thanks for the feedback and glad you enjoyed it!
cool
If only we all treated the world like this wonderful couple
What a wonderful world it would be ❤️
I got a flock of Ring-necked/Rose-ringed Parakeets that congregate in the big old oak tree in my suburban London garden before they fly off to roost. How they got to be wild in the UK has differing soruces, but they are thriving here, albeit regarded as pests by some. This park is doing great for conservation of birds that are far more at risk that the ubiquitous parakeets. Bravo
Oh yes I have seen these in London!
Fantastic love parrots and Macaws

Wow superb, I enjoyed watching this video.. Love to see one day.
It really is quite a magical place :)
@@CoolCapeTravel Agreed with you.
Parrots love wood door !
Great job of this amazing cage.
Yeah they are making nests and adapting to their new environment very quickly. The man made nests are not used at all.
@@CoolCapeTravel Thank for your response.
Do you have a contaminations risks due savage birds attract from birds inside the mesh? Do you have countermeasure for this?
As far as I understood there are no attacks from the outside. The wire mesh and concrete base is very effective at keeping predators out.
@@CoolCapeTravel Hi ,
the risks are esternal birds attracted from "internal friends" that could be transmit illness to interior birds.
Awesome dude
Thanks 😁 It is a pretty magnificent facility.
Heaven ❤️❤️❤️
Isn't it just!
OMG my dream come true
Pretty awesome isn't! I just remastered the video in 4K, enjoy!

WoW such a beautiful place, where is it at..?
5 hour drive east of Cape Town, South Africa. You can find links to their websites in the description down below :)
Very nice decent place to captivate birds. Because I hate seeing birds crammed into a cage.
Yeah it genuinely feels like a happy place. Those animals all seemed careless.
6:07 thats a senegal parrot not a brown headed parrot
9:27 thats not a helmeted guineafowl thats a plumed guineafowl
Hi there! Thanks for the feedback and corrections. I am still new at this so the odd mistake still creeps in.
Ok your welcome :) the area looks so biodiverse and cool I wanna go there some time
Can I work there omggg
I'm surprised that so many species could live together
Generally they are quite old by the time they arrive there and they are all very well fed. I think that makes the whole lot more relaxed.
I hope no snakes can get in
They still need miles and miles to flee freely
It's true.
Hi where in the Garden Route are u?
Birds of Eden is a few miles outside Plettenberg Bay on the N2 eastbound
Put fruit trees as many as you can ... Birds like to eat from trees ...
Thanks for the advice :)
Doesn't that hornbill eats small birds like budgerigar or their infants? If so, then how are they living together?
As far as I know they get fed so well and also they are all very old. So there is no need for hunting.
Put small fish kind in the pond ...
Yes fish
its 2021 and your highest video quality is 720p. come on. i want better view
Hey thanks for the feedback! I'm working on it :)
Hey mate thanks again for this comment! I am completely new at all this and have been struggling to figure out why the quality of the videos are still not great even after I massively upgraded my camera. Your comment directed me to the right place and I have figured it out. Looking forward to excellent image quality videos!
I think chickens and turkey along with ducks will control the mice and especially rats in their infancy.....
Good idea! But it did not seem they had any issues with vermin at all. A spotlessly clean environment.
Sayang nman dfat glass house na lng na dome..... hanggang farm kuhain na kahit pa 10 hectares...
Senegal parrot not brown head parrot.
Thumnail change man
Okay will do! Let me work on it.
What man, what i tell you
What happens if the population explodes
Hey there! Most birds are very old and past their breeding age and some of the species are only one gender. In the rare cases they find eggs they get turned around.
if aliens would do the same for humans?
Wouldn't it be great!
I don't feel birds should be kept in a cage where possible, if i won a few million id do this, i free fly my macaw and am working with a rescued lo vebird, whos dancing all over the keyboard as i try type. She's a dote, my macaw is so cool as well. Only want the best for them
Ideally yes they should all be free! These awere raised in captivity so they won't survive if they were to be set free.
@@CoolCapeTravel no not set free, I'm training free flight for pet parrots,30 yrs. even older rescue birds, there the reason I'm so passionate about it, BUT and there's a lot of buts, its a dangerous sport and a big risk for new flyers, but once they get going and are well trained and they are playing in the forest canopy like there built to I'll often get a fly by where I get a look that means everything, they are so grateful, fly offs aren't a major issue its ppl, dogs cars other wild birds, all stuff that you can train a parrot about because there so smart, but I'll also only work with ppl i feel can follow trough its not something that you should take back, like getting board so I am picky with who I'll help train some birds don't want to fly after yrs. not and that's ok, we do this for the birds pleasure our own should be a 2nd taught, there's a few shorts on my channel from tiktok, I'm trying to teach myself to edit for TH-cam but omg its painstaking just learning about what editor will be best for me ..come be my 154th subscriber
