U know what? I saw u in my dream yesterday Anubhav ji. In my dream u were visiting Pakistan n were invited to wedding party of my cousin's daughter. I saw u were in car n I got really excited. I introduced myself to u as ur subscriber from Pakistan n u thanked me for my Luv from Pakistan. I wish my dream comes true some day.
Thank you for the video. I liked the owner’s attitude, I feel it’s time that we should not be apologetic about our food no matter how spicy or oily it is. If the community eats that kind of food then one should proudly flaunt it.
Those foods were developed on the lifestyle and work they used to do those days... it worked great for them. Why feel apologetic about it ? I lived in Maharashtra sometime really liked the spicy food. As he said, it is spicy but not mirchi
First people should understand that in ancient India people designed their lifestyle around nature so the selection of food was not random just to make their test buds happy but it was more focus on what helps to live in better way in that particular environment whether it’s hot or cold, if you observe in India all the states who’s wheather is hot and humid they tend to have more spicey food which helps them live in a better way May be food owners of new generation are not aware about this fact but they are going with customers choice, so he is not flaunting it’s the necessity of the whether. And using spices do this and that started when people who never had spices comes to rule India, before that it was never a bad thing to have specie food😊😊 but yes it should cooked in proper way
Very good owner 😊😊😊😊 so enthusiastic and so energetic and so dedicated to his profession and making happy to the guest and people's comming to his restaurant ❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉 I am from vidharbha region and my relatives are in Nagpur and I have eaten many times saoji food and I loved spicy and masala of spicy food of saoji.
Thanks Anubhav ji for this Saoji episode.. I am also Saoji from Nagpur and I love my community food very much.. And I love all of your food series very much too.. Thanks again... Welcome to Vidarbha.. Welcome to Nagpur.. Happy Journey and Good luck with foods.
Thanks for sharing some unknown gems of Nagpur.. the famous Saoji cuisine... may be spicy to suit the local palate.. with no wastage concept per Adivasi traditions... much loved episode without your coverage many foodie like us may not have known of these food items...😋🤗👍🙏
Maharastrian cuisine is very diverse. You will find Puneri, Konkani, Satari, Solapuri, Kolhapuri, Brahmhin, Saoji all types of variety. Honestly speaking Saoji food is not everyone's cup of tea. It's spicy, robust. Unfortunately tasty food is not all about extra spice and oil. Curry is also made with the same shrimp in Bengali and Goan cuisine. Those versions are much lighter, less spicy and less oily. I'm surprised to see that the shrimp / prawns are not devined.

All dishes looks very very spicy, but looks attractive and yummy. I was attracted towards the meat organs and the patodi. I never had these so far, but would surely love to eat it. Very nice video, and also got to know the origin of saoji community and cuisine as well.
We did not see you having rice with your Saoji mutton. A lot of saoji restaurants also serve an additional tadka of jira and lassan on top which makes the rice even more tasty.
Sapra ji thanks...that you covered nagpur saoji cousine and visit suryakant saoji hotel prawn curry masala sundari kaskas bhaji phatwari bhaji... great sir...l write to cover before one year....many your Delhi based vlogger came here and shoot in many saoji cousine.... taste are different than others parts of India.. very tasty....and spicy
