Thanks Steve
It's been awhile. I used to live in east Cork. Hopefully by the time i come back i will have earned enough to buy my own castle. Who wouldn't love to buy an old ruin and restore it. There's no better place than Cork.
Go raibh maith agat!

Amazing work pal, thanks for sharing this and for providing me a window into a place that I called my home for over eight years, and I still do
Thanks Dan, It wouldn't be home without you
Suberb video. So interesting. 👍🇨🇮
Breathtaking, loved this. Congratulations. Amazing work
Thank you Michael
Excellent work, bravo!!!
Thanks Sergey, I'm still in your shadow though!
I looked for the next chapter but it isn’t up yet, can’t wait!
Came across this. Very impressed. Great videography and narration. Wonder if you could stick in the castle names in the video as they come up?
Thank you so much! I had considered it but ultimately I ended up classing such text as 'on screen clutter'. If it's any help, the castles are all named in the order they appear in the video description.
Not a bad idea! 👍
Brilliant mate keep it up
Thanks a million
I enjoyed each of your three episodes! Excellent work! Well done ! (Sometimes the music was too heavy/melodramatic or too loud for my taste)
Thank you very much, I’ll tweak that going forward 🫶
6 Parts???
The background music, instead of enhancing the video, is way too dominant, I wanted to listen to the history.
You could tell us where exactly the castles are....
Pretty easy to find online.
Just Google 'em
Castlefreke is in a tiny place called Owenahincha, a mile or so from Rosscarberry.
I played in it when I was a kid.
Would love to see how good the inside is after it's renovation.

They're all ruins lol, proper castles are on the continent, not in Ireland 😅
There were a few that aren’t ruins?
