One thing I do when using forms is I build the free edge of the extension first, but also making sure it’s goes down just enough to attach to the beginning of the nail bed. Then I flash cure the free edge (10-15 sec) so it doesn’t run. Next, I apply my slip layer over the full nail and without curing the slip layer, I will add a dollop of gel almost at my cuticle and start to float that layer down the nail. I then use my liner brush to work around my cuticles and sidewalls and well…..you know the rest. 😉
