First time I listened him on youtube was 3 yrs ago when he played 1,5 hour outdoor for "Cercle" in Egypt. And I very often go back and listening to his masterpiece there.
I just have to follow up my own comment from yesterday, when I heard "Menabelle" the first time last evening. In the beginning I felt this was a very funny OK tune for children in the kindergarten. BUT, I played it ap. 10 times last night (could not sleep) Today (a bit tired) I stated its another masterpiece from Sebastien Leger. Know that I have played music 5 hours per day last 60 years. And last 25 yrs only played on "high end equipment"
For me, there are just certrain tracks like therse, that trigger certain emotions and memorys that are not even linked to this track. its, in my opinion, a really good sign for a very good production. this song makes me feel trippy. it make me feel odd, but not even in a negative way. in 2021 I did have a very beautiful time with someone i've met. but everything felt apart. the whole year 2021 was so chaotic, chaotic with beautiful things. like this track. its different, it is chaotic but somehow beautiful. great work. sebastian leger!
