Embassy is the party hotel now cause last year, basically every room party in any hotel that WASN'T the Embassy got raided immediately. Didn't seem like the other hotels did it this year after getting reviewbombed or whatever, but basically all the planned room parties like Illuminaughty bought rooms as soon as they opened up. Embassy DID fire code this year but they were nice and waited til 1am on the dot to come knocking.
@@o6uIPI Hey, at least you got a Skybridge hotel instead of a shuttle-that-was-supposed-to-exist-but-doesn't hotel like I've usually been in when I'm not sleeping in the van in the parking garage, or worse, a completely-non-partnered hotel a mile and a half away where you gotta choose between $15 garage and $7.50-each-way lyft like this year...

the reason you couldn't get a room is because MFF its self actually books out all the rooms at the hotel for the same slot every year so they can run their stupid room lottery thing it actually pushes international attendees out of the area because we need to plan 6-12 months in advance we cant just take a chance on a lottery to get a room 2 weeks out after spending thousands

I'm thinking about going to this con but coming from the UK it's a long arse trip not to mention I'm not in love the idea of walking to the con in full fursuit with me oh I really wish I had mesh eyes suit
