    Great info. I was looking at the Sig Romeo 5 until I found one today, and looked at the box. Made in China. Everything I've heard is that they're a fantastic optic, but I refuse to support that country in any way.

      That is where I’m at I almost bought that site but couldn’t support a CH product.

    EOTech is holographic sight... technically not a red dot :)

    Biggest problem with not made in China is price. Not everybody is willing, or able to spend $600 on a Red dot. You can get a Holosun or SIG for $149. US made optics are insanely overpriced. Osprey Global optics are assembled in China but they contain Japanese made lenses.

    China and Europe for Rifle scopes? I guess he has never heard of Leupold or Trijicon which both supply many militaries.

    sig romeo 8 and leupol lco/ delta point are american made

    Leupold makes a red dot sight in the US.
