I am pausing this video to comment. It's a Keeper. I've not even got to the end and know I will want to listen over and over and over again. Have just reached the part where Zach is talking about the window of opportunity in December to January, and how the cosmos will always find a way in if we can take a few minutes to laugh, no matter what "frequency" we find ourselves in throughout the day. Laughter is one of the things that always works for me when I am too deep in my own drama and worry (I take myself and my "challenges" way too seriously all the time). Way too much hamster wheel over the past 8 years, so it's wonderful to hear the confirmation we are about to get off. Through all of my "struggles" I was worried I was "failing" in some way. I imagine I'm not alone in that thought. Laughter is all I've ever wanted. Fun, Play, silliness. I am incorporating that into a course I intend to create and it's even better now that I have this confirmation of the power behind it. And dancing and singing too - I love to sing my troubles away (and I get that from my "daffy mother" so in that way I am blessed). I remember taking one Laughter Yoga class and my ribs were aching, and yet couldn't find any online. Perhaps this is a sign I need to train!! Love (and helpless laughter) to all. And a joyous Evelation too. Thank you Pam (as always) for continuing to introduce us to such incredible people, and light beings (thank you Zach) and for attracting such a wonderful community too. Laughter Yoga class sounds amazing and I encourage you to train in it and maybe it can be YOU who creates that on-line course. I've sometimes heard that to find our work, seek the things that we think are missing from the world and then do those things. Anyway, much love!

For years, I say to my hubby and friends that “God, the Universe gave me a happy and entertaining brain!!” I wake up loving every day, and I know everything is going to work out and be okay. Even when not seemingly in our present. Knowing this is just so important. Recently, I started to pray for everyone, everyday. I am so excited and very grateful to learn of Zac! I had a MASSIVE epiphany while watching/ listening to this. I have had intense (and sometimes painful) synchronicities related to a fictional character since last July that have often baffled me. I had been a completely non spiritual skeptical atheist before the “meltdown” and subsequent synchronicities that I experienced last year, and have struggled with so much confusion and cognitive dissonance since, and went into (probably much needed) trauma therapy largely because of it. It turned my whole world and sense of reality on it’s head. For months now the questions of “Why me? Why that absurd character? What’s the point of it all?” have nagged at me, but now I’m beginning to understand. Thank you all so much for this. ❤️

Wow I just sobbed thru the entire last half of this. Words can’t express my gratitude for all of you and Zac spoke straight to the heart of the matter. I’m a singer-songwriter and after a creative block for the last 2 years I’ve found it all pouring out the last few days, tears, imagery, lyrics and energy from somewhere I don’t know which makes complete sense with everything which has been discussed. I watch Pam updates religiously and now feel as though I have a map to guide me. The veils are feeling so much thinner and it’s overwhelming like at times one could fly off the ground a bit but wow what a time to be alive. My personal life is falling apart yet I am in such knowing that it’s part of the same breaking down to break thru and I’m just spinning in sobs and laughs at just how beautiful it all can be when you, as Zac said, walk towards the end knowing a new beginning is on the other side. I barely have a social life yet I’ve never felt more surrounded by friends. Thank you thank you so truly and deeply ♥️

This is the first time I have heard Zack, and can believe Pam, that it has taken you two lifetimes to acquire your brilliant knowlege. I am pausing this video to comment. It's a Keeper. I've not even got to the end and know I will want to listen over and over and over again. Have just reached the part where Zach is talking about the window of opportunity in December to January, and how the cosmos will always find a way in if we can take a few minutes to laugh, no matter what "frequency" we find ourselves in throughout the day.
Laughter is one of the things that always works for me when I am too deep in my own drama and worry (I take myself and my "challenges" way too seriously all the time). Way too much hamster wheel over the past 8 years, so it's wonderful to hear the confirmation we are about to get off. Through all of my "struggles" I was worried I was "failing" in some way. I imagine I'm not alone in that thought.
Laughter is all I've ever wanted. Fun, Play, silliness. I am incorporating that into a course I intend to create and it's even better now that I have this confirmation of the power behind it. And dancing and singing too - I love to sing my troubles away (and I get that from my "daffy mother" so in that way I am blessed).
I remember taking one Laughter Yoga class and my ribs were aching, and yet couldn't find any online. Perhaps this is a sign I need to train!!

For years, I say to my hubby and friends that “God, the Universe gave me a happy and entertaining brain!!” I wake up loving every day, and I know everything is going to work out and be okay. I had a MASSIVE epiphany while watching/ listening to this. I have had intense (and sometimes painful) synchronicities related to a fictional character since last July that have often baffled me. I had been a completely non spiritual skeptical atheist before the “meltdown” and subsequent synchronicities that I experienced last year, and have struggled with so much confusion and cognitive dissonance since, and went into (probably much needed) trauma therapy largely because of it. It turned my whole world and sense of reality on it’s head. For months now the questions of “Why me? Why that absurd character? What’s the point of it all?” have nagged at me, but now I’m beginning to understand. Thank you all so much for this. ❤️

Wow I just sobbed thru the entire last half of this. Words can’t express my gratitude for all of you and Zac spoke straight to the heart of the matter. I’m a singer-songwriter and after a creative block for the last 2 years I’ve found it all pouring out the last few days, tears, imagery, lyrics and energy from somewhere I don’t know which makes complete sense with everything which has been discussed. I watch Pam updates religiously and now feel as though I have a map to guide me. The veils are feeling so much thinner and it’s overwhelming like at times one could fly off the ground a bit but wow what a time to be alive. My personal life is falling apart yet I am in such knowing that it’s part of the same breaking down to break thru and I’m just spinning in sobs and laughs at just how beautiful it all can be when you, as Zac said, walk towards the end knowing a new beginning is on the other side. I barely have a social life yet I’ve never felt more surrounded by friends. Thank you thank you so truly and deeply ♥️
