Flash is excess plastic that goes outside of the mold lines. You're 100% right about it not being a 3D printer; it's more of an injection mold than anything I can think of offhand.
Hi, this toy is really more like injection mold instead of a printer in 3D. All the seasons are my favorite at the time of that particular season lol.
If you are looking for a true 3D printer that isn't to expensive and worth the price check out what I think about the monoprice mini V2
Flash is the term for mold overflow along the edges of a piece. If you look at cheap or softer plastic products they tend to have very visible flash aka the ridge that runs along the center of the piece. Very common term when working with molds or plastic miniatures :)

They put screws on the battery compartment so that kids don’t have access to the batteries so they can’t swallow them etc.

I have two favorite seasons: fall and spring. I like them because of the temperature and it’s always pretty. The weather is also fun (I love rain). This may sound weird, but I also love the smell of the air at the start of each season too 😂
You'll understand the screw on the battery casing if you have kids! Lol
I'm sucker for those cute gimmicky machines that don't do much. Thanks for showing it off for us. It was a fun video even if it was not a great kit.
I don't even have kids and I knew that. All these adult TH-camrs buying kids products, then complaining about how they're designed for kids...
The screw is a safety thing to stop younger kids getting access to the battery compartment - pretty sure it’s a mandatory thing toy companies need to do now days.

There are resin 3d printers. They dont work like this exactly but this is fairly close. (They print into a solution upside down?)
You are right this reminds me of an injection molding process conventional fdm 3d printing is a layer by layer process. Practically a hot glue gun with a computer attached to it.
Fisher Thomas FDM is not the only 3d printing type there’s SLA,FFF,SLS,etc
@@fisherthomas817 An injection molding machine is exactly what it is. Though her question about "How is liquid resin a 3D printer?" is interesting. Although this method of using liquid resin is NOT a 3D printer, liquid resin IS used in SLA 3D printers.
LOL, this came up in my suggested videos! As someone who does use an actual 3D printer, this isn't 3D printing but I didn't expect it to be!
createinspain the 101 hero (101 zero) on kickstarter shiped (surprisingly) it was like $80 USD the cheapest delta printer ever
Way better than I expected for that price, and it can be a good learning experience for kids

My favorite season is fall because i love the pumpkin spice and cinnamon apple scents and the leaf piles to jump in amd pumpkin patchs Halloween and my birthday in november.

This is more an injection mold than a 3D printer. Printers use filament or resin to create the design on the print bed with no molds.

I can think of two reasons why you're not supposed to mix batteries
*Different voltages some batteries are designed for high powered or long lasting
*Some batteries may be lower capacity so you might be tempted to throw them out if one is dead.
My favorite season is fall and spring. I love all the fall food and all the Easter and spring food . But love fall the most bc I love the leaves and Halloween and decor and it’s closer to Christmas!!!!!

Nice you got one of the skelebros! I rescued a broken one this week. I’m looking forward to breathing new life into him here soon. Also I enjoyed the video. It’s surprising how well it worked for what it was. I’m guessing the molds that came with it were probably made of the kind of silicone that’s a bit on the toxic side before it cures so it makes sense it wouldn’t come with a kids craft kit. I’m sure someone’s told you by now but, the flash is any excess material around the edges. Like on that first one all that, that snapped off was flash. As for my favorite season I don’t really know anymore I have pretty severe year round allergies that get worse during what used to be my favorite season. Halloween definitely keeps me inclined to still have fond thoughts about the season though.

You need a screwdriver to open the battery compartment for the same reason there is a warning sticker on hair dryers that tell you to not use it while bathing! *Facepalm* Good video! :)
