I know people are afraid that the aggressive catch is overpowered. It's not that bad. I choose to "play the ball" more than "play receiver" because I like going for ints but it causes a greater risk of being "mossed" You can always take the safe route and "play receiver"

The catching is OP in this game. Imagine guys who have obj and Calvin Johnson aggressive catching the whole game
First off "the user, the user, the user ....." is hilarious and catchy. Great job with that. Second, that "lob it up" looks terribly OP, just as the "hike the ball and scramble out of the pocket" trick that has plagued madden for years. Keep in mind, I love madden.. hell i'm 34 and took a day off of my job to play this like i do yearly... but I've got my concerns.

I actually like the new catch animations even if they are a little cheesier because at least it doesnt look so unrealistic where the receiver is doing one handed catches, getting hit from behind and still catching the ball.

Is it me or the way they run looks funny
On passes downfield vs guys who are going to switch for aggressive spec catches..."Play the WR" instead of "Play the ball", unless you have a favorable size & athleticism matchup.
Youre going to have to break the habit of thinking that you are going to sky for INTS, when switch and press triangle or "y" vs the stud outside WRs of the world. It's not that difficult, folks.
As long as that's the case it looks like this is going to be the most fun Madden I'VE ever played. Although, I have heard that 12 is the best. I never bought it.

They are awkward and slow
Plus, the RBs run too high when running through a gap. It seems like they also carry the ball too high. What I hated most is that there is hardly any sprint energy to use. As a football player myself, I know that you can sprint longer than 30 yards without being too exhausted, especially at the beginning of the game. They need to fix the overall fatigue of the players throughout the game.

theres still animations and same voice acting from 2013 and possibly 2012 in madden 16 that was never changed.
This game actually looks like it will play more like a Madden 25 than a Madden 15. Obviously the aggressive catch is tough, but I think it just encourages getting better CB's and playing the receiver more and not the ball. Let's just be glad the suction tackle and pa end around don't exist anymore.

You people complaining realize he's using a team of All-stars, so of course the aggressive catch is going to look op. I'm sure it will be a little bit op with certain teams, but if you're a good enough player, it's really not that hard to stop. I get Madden is far from perfect, but let's be honest, all the people who bitch and complain about it year in and year out just suck at the game and probably get dominated online, so their automatic excuse is "this game sucks".
EA isn't shit until the impact of tackles messes up the jersey on the shoulder pads becuz that's IN THE GAME
