I have a bowl that is, I understand, exclusive to Dillard's Department Store called a Pedestal Bowl that is similar to the Bistro bowl but stands on a 1/2 inch tall pedestal. Based on the "fill to the rim" standard, it holds 24 oz and is 3 inches tall, 6 inches across. It is my favorite bowl of all.

If you have fiestaware that particularly older, use a Geiger Counter because older fiestaware is glazed with Uranium. It's mostly safe, but it might be a hazard if it's chipped, cracked or broken.

Great video you even went into the amount volumes and dimensions. Most people never consider the importances of using the correct size plates , bowls, and dishware. After all you can have great plating skills but without the right plates and decorations/shapes of plates. Your going to be really limiting yourself in your plating

I've got 2 sizes of the fiesta rice bowls that I use all the time period period they are not on your list. Typically I bought them a number of years ago from a department store or possibly on eBay.
