Thanks for this!! This video helped confirm my suspicions I had and cleared confusion I’ve had for years!!! I am a Dark Autumn borderline Clear Spring. I looked at some of my photos from childhood and I definitely was More spring. Over time my clarity and brightness in my hair(I have locs for 11 years) skin and even eye color has shifted slightly, maybe hormones & environment?? I look my best in some specific Autumn tones and some specific spring colors depending on time of year. I also have trouble with finding perfect makeup makeup matching in all price ranges and whether I match in store or not, so depending on my makeup combo that day it determines which season palette I go with
When are you going to do the olive and neutral skin tones? The way some people handle those undertones for black women is atrocious. Thanks; love your channel.

On your Pinterest you have two kinds of Dark Autumns. Soft Dark Autumn and Clear Dark Autumn. They weren't really addressed in this video. How can we tell the difference between the two of those? And how can we tell the difference from them and the Soft Autumn on it's own? If you could explain that please it would be very helpful!! Thank you!
Soft autumn seems to be a person that has for example dark brown skin, dark brown hair that is close to their skin color and low level of contrast between their features and body colors. While clear seems to have a higher contrast like dark brown skin and black hair/eyes. Soft seems like a soft transition from skin to hair and eye color if that makes sense. While clear is a "clear" transition to someone's color. I think in a video they said that if you were to put a filter over a photo of yourself in natural light and made the photo black and white with a filter, you should be able to tell if you hair color is close to your skin as far as contrast or not. And if the contrast is strong then you're a clear autumn. (If you're of darker complexion)
thank you! I tried a color analysis app that insisted I was a deep winter except pictures I had lighter hair which is stupid. I clearly have warm undertones. But my skin was lighter. Once my skin became darker from summertime it became more clear how wrong it's colors were for me.

It’s crazy that the whites of eyes & teeth only apply when determining contrast levels of darker complexed ppl like everyone doesn’t have eyes & teeth lol
A lot of people have eyes that are off white/slightly yellow. Contrast means the features pop out against the skin. In a black and white filter, you may not see teeth contrast on a person with pale skin but someone with dark skin their teeth will create a contrast thus giving them a higher contrast. Edit: For the eyes, Lupita is dark with white eyes, Adut Akech is dark with yellowish eyes. Both are normal and naturslly occuring
From what I have understood here is ( Correct me if i am wrong) if you are a dark warm autumn, you should lean more to subtle bright colors and not too bright nor too nude?
I have warm undertone, but my color analysis keeps giving me a mix of dark winter and warm autumn, but mostly dark winter. I’m confused, silver looks bad on me, it makes me look ashy😂
Love your videos. Appreciate the void you are filling because there's not much resources for people of color. Please add light brown skin examples in your videos. How clear or dark of autumn or winter presents in these skin tones are not as clear others. Thanks.

I'm not sure if I'm dark autumn cuz when I tan i get cooler rather than warmer
Dark autumn does have a lot of variety and in fact they look great in black and white in my opinion which is not true for other warm seasons

As an indian with light to medium brown (relative) skin, with black hair, would that make me a "clear" or "dark"?
