She’s weak cause the activation rate for s2 and s3 are way too low. Rune requirements are insane, and the only multi hit is s3 with 2 hits only, which makes artifacts kindda pointless for dmg. She’s far from being OP could use a buff on activation rate for s2 and s3.

I personally use them as a show case item I don’t really like the skill set there are much better options
