You are amazing. Your tutorials will be my first choice to learn Ukrainian. ..Go on..I will always support you. You are number 1 for me to learn the Ukrainian language. I wish you lasting success
Hello Nika, again a very interesting lesson, and here there are again the little actor scenes! I like them very much! Remembering especially when you acted with your husband. Please more of that. Dakaju Nika
In depth beginner lesson, excellent. Similar to French, in asking if you can “tutoyer” the other person, instead of using formal “vous”. As the foreigner, I always waited for the French counterpart in business to propose the informal form.
Neposeda, your dialogues are simply hilarious! 🤣 I love them! 🥰 That’s exactly the way I will be practicing from now on, although changing clothes constantly will be a tad exhausting… 😥😂 The only criticism I’ve got is in regards to the croissants as they are now all over my mind. 🧠🥐 I’m kidding, of course. 😊 Your lesson was just perfect! 🤗💙💛
Hello Nika, You look. And sound well, thank God your alright, your lessons are getting better ,your more thorough and clear on pronouncations.Give a 💋 to your child and husband.I like the Ukraine language, although I studied Russian ,The Ukraine language and people are more freedom loving ,it would seem, some leaders are choo -doV -sko .makes harder for common people.
I'm glad you changed the channel name. And I like the artistic theme of your presentation. I would like to see networking and cooperation among the Ukrainian language teachers here. It would make you all more successful and popular.
Thank you, excellent professional lessons. Just wanted to note the description provides a link to the old site (with ru) that doesn’t work. I was able to find the new one through Google, but it would be useful to have it here:) дякую!
Excellent lessons. To my ears "на все добре" sounds like "nav se dobre" however "все добре" sounds like " se dobre". Do you drop the v sound for "все" at the start of a sentence or is it so quick that I'm not picking it up?
Привіт Ніко! Дякую за чергову цікаву сесію! так цікаво, як працює розум і як слово «здрастуйте» виглядає так дивно без букви "в", тепер, коли у мене теж є російська частина мозку. Мабуть, з часом мій український мозок, який зараз розвивається, підкаже мені, що все гаразд. Також я помітив, що всі ваші друзі з України дуже гарні. 😊👍😲
Дякую за урок. I have a question: how do you say "excuse me" to get someone's attention, as in "excuse me, is this the museum?" (___ , це музей?). Nika, I like the way your YT channel is organized: Ukrainian lessons (beginner, intermediate), and then all the previously published Russian lessons.
Cool! I will use your videos at my lessons if you don`t mind :) There is not much good content for the Ukrainian language on TH-cam, unfortunately. Keep going!
дякую за практичний урок. я не знав про "Спасибі" тепер я цим скористаюсь мені теж дуже подобається "не має сенсу" мені здається, це звучить дуже смішно))) "вибачте" я не знав )))) Спасибі. "шкода" має два значення, правда? як правильно вимовляти "мені шкода"? дуже тобі дякую Ніка 💙💛
Каждый день я делаю вольше хорошой..//// ~~ That's an interesting question... I'm sure it sounds something similar to that.. I don't know the word for "do" in Ukrainian... // My statement is actually Russian for... "Everyday I do more good"...
Are you kidding? If they sound similar in russian it doesn't mean they are borrowed from it, it means most of them were borrowed from other languages: metal, silicon, plastic, silk, cardboard. Paper (папір) is closer to English than to russian. Wool, cotton, sound absolutely differently. The words for fabric, linen, glass were formed in both languages similtaniously.

Thank you, Jo! I will definitely make more of these! 😉💛

Вітаю, Густаво! :)
I'm glad you changed the channel name. And I like the artistic theme of your presentation. I would like to see networking and cooperation among the Ukrainian language teachers here. It would make you all more successful and popular.
Дуже дякую! 😃 We are already working on some collaborations 😉

Дуже дякую, Ларсе! :) Так, мозку потрібен час і багато практики, щоб усвідомити, що є новою нормою для нього, як напримклад, розмовляти новою мовою))

Nika, I like the way your YT channel is organized: Ukrainian lessons (beginner, intermediate), and then all the previously published Russian lessons.
@Вікторія К Дуже дякую.
I like the new channel name! I get that it is cognate with the Latin “verbum, plural verba” meaning words. Does it have other meanings?
Willow (a tree common in Ukraine, one of the symbols of the country)
Absolutely right, this was one of the reasons to choose this name + "верба" is "willow" in Ukrainian, one of the symbols of our culture :)
Cool! I will use your videos at my lessons if you don`t mind :) There is not much good content for the Ukrainian language on TH-cam, unfortunately. Keep going!
Thank you so much for your feedback 🙏❤️
Of course, I will be happy to know my videos also help teachers. Let's develop teaching Ukrainian together 💙💛
I love these Ukrainian lessons… I also love how Ukrainian is phonetic where as russian has the annoying O reduction!
😅
Peace to Ukraine!
💛💙

"шкода" має два значення, правда? як правильно вимовляти "мені шкода"?
дуже тобі дякую Ніка
💙💛
Дякую, так, мені шкОда - I am sorry about something, а шкодА means "it's a shame", when something not desired happens. 💙💛
Хотела уточнить. Значит, чім займаєшся? Всегда про профессию? Как спросить, "что ты сейчас делаешь?" Или "Чем ты сейчас занимаешься?"
В зависимости от контекста имеет два значения: профессия или «что делаешь?»
👍👍
How would I say in Ukrainian : " I am each day better" ?
Каждый день я делаю вольше хорошой..//// ~~ That's an interesting question... I'm sure it sounds something similar to that.. I don't know the word for "do" in Ukrainian... // My statement is actually Russian for... "Everyday I do more good"...
З кожним днем мені краще (I understand this phrase as a statement about physical or mental health, am I right?)
@@tayvah6353 По -русски: "С каждым днём мне лучше"
😊
Mene Svaty....Nika, that was Naymylishyy.
Так, Слава Україні і героям слава!
I'm curious about what's happening in Ukraine but thank god you're alright.
Thank you, Maryam! The war is going on, we have missile attacks every day, and terrible fights on the east...
@@VERBA_SCHOOL oh my god I can't believe that may god protect you all!
@@maryamwilliams5368 Thank you 🙏
@@VERBA_SCHOOL You are always welcome

Anyone noticing these words are almost all borrowed from Russian ?
Are you kidding? If they sound similar in russian it doesn't mean they are borrowed from it, it means most of them were borrowed from other languages: metal, silicon, plastic, silk, cardboard. It was a channel for learners of Russian language! 😤😤😤
Now it is both for Ukrainian and Russian 🤷
All the Russian lesson remain.
this is hard...
Дякую!
