Perfect timing!!! I was looking for a gift card holder to make for my son who is about to turn 33 next week and here it is!!!! Love it and THANK YOU!!!
Question: It looked like you put the dsp on the 1/4" line and then measured to 2 1/2". I had a difficult time getting the "shirt" front to tuck under the collar, but I measured exactly 2 1/2" from the short end. (I'm referring to the first diagonal scores made.) Hoping this makes sense. (Also, the diagram states to mark 2 1/4")
Jacque Harmon Good catch Jacque! This diagonal is for the sleeves. I found that 2-1/4” worked better to fit the width of the envelope. 2-1/2” also works. Either way, it shouldn’t effect how it sits. Try bringing the back part of the card forward(to form a tent shape) for it to sit better. Hope that helps! Sorry for any confusion. Thanks for asking! 😊
I can't believe my boy is turning 41 years old! He is going to love this card! Thank you so much for the great tutorial!

I’m having the same problem.
I have wrestled with this twice and could not get the shirt to tuck under collar? Thoughts?
