- In a special episode of Rappler Talk Sports, La Salle head coach Topex Robinson plus veterans Ben Phillips, Francis Escandor, and Joaqui Manuel give a glimpse of their adventure by sharing stories that happened behind the scenes.
The champions also discuss the adjustments they made along the way - particularly in the finals - and how they will now move forward as DLSU looks to retain its crown.

I have been a living witnress to past LaSallian victories, from my very 1st live game as a young boy witnessing the greatness of De La Salle GOAT Lim Eng Beng to the dominant Limpot led Archers to the juggernaut 4peaters to the 2007 comeback kida and to the 2013 & 2016 titlists. But THIS bunch of Archers are special!
Topex is a great Coach not only inside but also outside the court that's why the players are all in 💚

BIG congratulations Green Archers team! This championship is definitely one for the books with the uncertain result in round 1, to the amazing winning streak mid-way, to the 30 point walloping in Game 1 that served as reality check and finally the phenomenal performance to remember in Games 2 and 3.
All these post championship interviews are finally revealing the amazing things that Coach Topex and the team did behind the scenes to build a successful program, in less than a year! Leadership masterclass from top to bottom where vision/roles, buy-in, brotherhood, personality/egos, school/alumni/fan support, etc all lined up perfectly in the end to bring an awesome end to 2023 for DLSU! (We won the women's volleyball as well this year which makes it all super sweet to be a La Sallian!)
