These guys are so deranged when it comes to Rodgers lol. He shows up for all the voluntary workouts and practices and it’s crickets. He misses the rest of the week (came yesterday) but told Saleh months ago he was gonna miss it (but by CBA rules it’s technically unexcused), and suddenly he’s this massive hypocrite that doesn’t care about football. Tom Brady his last few seasons with the Pats and Bucs missed all the voluntary stuff…he must have stopped caring about football ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Call it biased as a Jets fan, but Aaron Rodgers has quite literally been at every single voluntary workout from the time we traded for him until now. Is it a bad look to miss day one of a mandatory event? Yes. But let's not act like he's been putting football aside all offseason, because he hasn't. I've never seen a football player get so much hate for every little thing they do wrong. I guess that's the price you pay for being one of the greats.
When Rodgers says let’s focus on football and keep out the outside distractions it’s a bad look to miss mandatory minicamp. If he missed OTA’s nobody would care
Once again, an Aaron Rodgers apologist. The key word is MANDATORY. I don't care who you think you are, you send the wrong message to your team about your committment to them when you fail to show when EVERYONE ELSE on the team has to be there. He's supposed to be a LEADER? That's a joke. He is, and has always been, a SELFISH player. Why do you think Green Bay dropped him like a lead balloon? It's not "every little thing". The head coach is trying to build this team the right way, and Rodgers is creating an unnecessary distraction once again. It's his MO. It's always all about him, not the team. I know he's your "savior". Be careful who you cling your hopes to.
Great Caitlin Clark analysis by Nick! I just want to see the best version of her on the court; maybe not being on the Olympic team is a blessing in disguise.
That's an interesting take. Why not take Game 3 in the regular season off because he doesn't "feel" like it. He has earned the right to do WHATEVER he wants! Hahaha. No wonder the Jets sh*t the bed every year!!!!

Maybe one of you could have suggested that the coach could have handled Rodgers’ absence differently considering he had attended all (or almost all) voluntary practices since last year. Whether Rodgers had a good reason or not it certainly feels like this could have been handled behind closed doors instead of making this a focus point for the media to feed on until the season will start. IMHO this was definitely a missed opportunity for Saleh to elevate his leadership
Rodgers goes down by week 6 is my prediction, Zack smiles backing up in Denver and enjoys were his life is, never know how things go with rookies and all so he could play again and I bet my bottom dollar he will play better under Sean in Denver than he did in in New York.
The "not be playing a ton" argument is pointless. Throw Caitlyn Clark in for a couple of minutes, she takes up to 5 shots, hits a 3 and the crowd goes wild. Yah, there would still be backlash for those unrealistically expecting her to play more. But that backlash/distraction would be far less than leaving her off the team. And now she's probably an alternate as if that will alleviate anything. Also, this business about the Olympic basketball committee only being concerned with winning gold is completely bogus. For decades they have been talking about how important it is that the Olympic athletes be ambassadors of their sport. The only close reason to leave her off the team would be if there was someone selected that has deserved and worked hard to be selected. And that this was their final chance and selecting Caitlyn would take that person's spot. That would be a really bad move. But if such person doesn't exist on the roster, then there is no other credible reason. And then there is the how do you know? How do you know she won't burst on the scene or have some sort of relatable growth? She is a pretty good passer. I doubt her Olympic teammates will object to free layups even if she doesn't take many shots.

42 years old. The only athlete that can play at that age was Tom Brady. I just love how they didn't bother breaking down the roster to see if Clark wasn't the one of the best 12 players for the team.
@@SportsBossMan I can if you like. In a league of 140 players, there are only 12 with a worse defensive rating than her (none of which made the team). Every guard on the team commits less turnovers per game. While the potential of her offensive prowess still remains high, she hasn’t actually produced numbers that are superior enough to the women on the team. There are others with a better points per game average and a better assist per game average, and none of them give up the turnovers (granted, some of which are the results of players not handling her passes, but certainly not all of them) or present as the defensive liability that she is.
Taurasi is arguably the greatest women’s basketball player. And I’d bet the first time the general audience had ever heard of her was when she made the “different levels” comment.

Dear WNBA, "Quit crying that you get no respect or attention!!"
If Clark were black, not only would one of the worst rated defenders in the league who also manages to turn the ball over more than any other guard on the squad without a superior offensive game to compensate for these shortcomings not have made the squad, but there wouldn’t have been an outcry over it. Many of the people claiming racial bias wouldn’t have even cared if she was black. Just keeping it 100. I also didn’t realize that Ionescu, Stewart, Plum, & Taurasi weren’t white. This is news.
*Rookies on olympic teams: Rebecca Lobo in 1996, Diana Taurasi in 2004, Candace Parker in 2008 and Breanna Stewart in 2016 (all #1 draft picks BTW). You cant say Caitlyn Clark is wet behind the ears or she's too new. CC has outscored all those girls in college, and she's more popular than all of them too. *The narrative is that the women basketball team want "proven", "experienced" players who have played with each other before. The narrative doesn't stand knowing that they have broke that rule for those 3 but not CC. Stat wise she is as good as they were when they were rookies, just much more assist per game than any of them in their first 12 games. The point is she needs to be on the team, no matter if she's riding the bench or getting 5 minutes a game. Their narrative just doesn't hold up and seems to hide ulterior motives.
I am exclusively and solely interested in Caitlyn Clark. I don't think I am alone in the following, If Clark underperforms for long then I am done. If she performs great then I will watch longer till playoffs come and they are eliminated and I am done. This is probably sustainable for 2 seasons including this one max. Seriously, have you no clue of the jealousy towards Clark, your ignorance is beyond belief.
Lakers only messed up with J Kidd. I don’t think Lue would have gotten the Lakers anywhere closer.
Nick will never recover from Rodgers calling out Fauci lmao
Nicks mad Aaron didn't obey. Obey or Nick hates you. Question the man who says he represents science and he'll hate you. Science catches up and proves Fauci was wrong on some things, Nick will still hate you.
everything nick said was right though
Rodgers will never get over the vaccine criticism. (Also Rodgers is equally annoying as Kaepernick when it comes to politics, hope you supported him being obnoxious too)
He's literally the only human being that seems to still talk about it (Outside of politically obsessed people on either side)
Lamar and Kirk never got vaccinated, but you never hear them make a large part of their personality about it.
You also never hear anyone in media bring it up about them either, almost like Rodgers brings it on himself.
brave brave Aaron, maybe he's doing "research" during mandatory minicamp 😂
@@codyb.3015 yeah, people had their lives ruined because they refused to take the covid jab, so it's understandable that they're still a little passed off about it. People are still estranged from their families and lost their jobs because of it
The only people I ever hear talk about the WNBA are sportscasters. Are they being ordered? It's bizarre.
I take a pass on all 3 at this time Wishing Jerry Reinsdorf would sell the Bulls to someone like Mark Cuban!
Clark and Paige Becks should be on the team. I'd watch that back court in action. Paige wheelin' and dealin', Clark hitting logo 3's. Diana T. has 4 gold medals. Been there done that. DT should step aside give the news kids a chance at gold....
Rodgers will end up retiring before the season.
Its not a front office in LA. Its a family room meeting
Nick Wright had a fan in me in 2016 when he was filling in for colin and saying kd should make the warriors trade all their players then resign with okc. I was crying.
Dude needs to get a haircut, he's looking like the Geico caveman, what happened to this guy lol?
Its either this or the psycho buzzcut it's a lesser of two evils
Good 1! 🎉 The caveman! 😊
Exclusively and solely interested in Kaitlyn Clark is the correct answer
“ ILL STILL EAT THE CAKE - CC “ me to bro … me to!
The herd audio SUCKS
This explains the contract for Jaylen
These guys are so deranged when it comes to Rodgers lol. He shows up for all the voluntary workouts and practices and it’s crickets. He misses the rest of the week (came yesterday) but told Saleh months ago he was gonna miss it (but by CBA rules it’s technically unexcused), and suddenly he’s this massive hypocrite that doesn’t care about football. Tom Brady his last few seasons with the Pats and Bucs missed all the voluntary stuff…he must have stopped caring about football ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
They’re fox
Sponsored by Pfizer
Don’t be conned
Imagine if Nick said a “a little black girl in a white league”… outrage would ensue. But it’s ok to say little white girl 🤦♂️
He's a selfish bum and everyone knows it. The only people defending him are his groupies and Jets fans.
I love when Colin Cowherd has Adam Driver on.
Great Caitlin Clark analysis by Nick! I just want to see the best version of her on the court; maybe not being on the Olympic team is a blessing in disguise.
It's mini camp. Who cares? This will be forgotten about tomorrow, Aaron is on the QB Rushmore. He has earned the right to do whatever he wants.
That's an interesting take. Why not take Game 3 in the regular season off because he doesn't "feel" like it. He has earned the right to do WHATEVER he wants! Hahaha. No wonder the Jets sh*t the bed every year!!!!
11:45 is when they actually start talking about Aaron Rodgers... 🤦♂️
That’s all you came here for? Most of us enjoying listening to them talk about everything. The Rodgers story isn’t that big of a deal. His health is worth more than 50 k. A lot of veterans do it
@@HEAT4YOAZZyes say what you want but they only talk about what draws numbers. Aaron does
How long did it take for them to bring up vaccines?
infinity, cause they didnt?
They didn't talk about the Celtics being one of the most dominant youngs teams in the history of the NBA?
Someone tell Wright he doesn't have to yell to make a point. Dude.
First ten seconds Colin starts yapping about my small market teams 🤦♂️🤣
Calm Down Nick. Rodgers gave the Jets 30 million dollars back. I can't think of any other QB's that give their teams significant discounts
Squidward still hating on Aaron because he's not vaxed
Nick is an Establishment shill. He never deviates from the party line.
He's a good little puppet for the machine
Tatum 31 points tonight. Good call dude
Catlin Clark. 15th in scoring average, 4th in assists, 2nd in 3point shots made. All while being attacked by other players and more by a media that will not give those numbers. Not one other player is in the top twenty in all three of those categories. Lots being exposed about what the WNBA is really about. Growing the sport is not one of those things. Oh and she is drawing 160% more people in the stands than any other team. I wish she would start her own league. Will not watch the WNBA
Reminds me of when Billy Donavan Took the Magic Job and hours later declined it Magic haven't done much since
I don't understand how the Lakers don't have money. The most popular team in the league... how is that possible??
Steve Balmer makes more in interest per year than entire Buss fortune; they're (relatively) poor!
Cash poor by owner standards, all their money is tied up in the value of the team. Same as the Spanos family with the Chargers or Davis with the Raiders. They will cash out if they ever sell.
I don't watch WNBA, I watch Caitlin Clark.
Let me coach the Lakers!
Dude missed two days but was there for OTAs which was longer, he said distracting as in bs negative rumors going through the building bad mouthing people , not you couldn’t have a life outside the building lol
Bomani Jones offered excellent analysis concerning Clark not making the team. If you’re interested in reasonable analysis, I urge you to take a listen.
Brown is easily better than Tatum as an all around play, always has been. Tatum is just better at what ppl lile to look at. Scoring, and some other stats.
This couldn't be further from the truth. Brown is a better slasher and finisher. Tatum quite literally is better at every single other thing related to basketball 😂 he's a better rebounder, a better playmaker, a better ball handler, a better defender, they are both great and need each other anyways like all great duos
@@SuperfanK nah, Tatum is only better at ball in hand finesse offense
Quite possibly the most casual take I’ve seen in a while.
@@mikesingh6099 Well that was a childish response. "I disagree so im gonna reply an insult". And how has calling someone a "casual" become an insult? U telling me if 1 person has no life and nothing meaningful about themselves that they can, and do, spend all their time watching other ppl participating in their hobbies, and another person is engaged in their own activities and busy being the main character in their own lives, that the 2nd person is somehow the loser that should be insulted??? That crazy. Just say u disagree, or say nothing, no need for childishness. Let's both do/be better ✊🏽
@@dwaynehiler5735 idk what to tell you. You’re the one who took it as an insult. Regardless your take characterizing someone who is ill informed, hence why I called your take a casual take. If you were offended by that that says more about you.
Politics has NOTHING to do with Caitlin Clark!!! Nice try Nick.
But Nikki Haley is a politician, isnt she? 🤔
I don’t know who needs to hear this but…the WNBA has ZERO control over who makes the Olympic team
i still remember Montrez Harrel calling Luka a bi**h a*s whiteboy during the 2020 playoffs and almost no media reaction to it. People trying to hurt Luka and end his career. So its not like this does not happen.
If Nick legitimately thinks that CC not being on the team won’t have a major effect on viewership for those games, he’s delusional. If she only played 5-10 minutes a game viewership would still be astronomically higher than it’s going to be without her.
nobody’s watching women’s olympic games with or without her dude. regardless, it wouldn’t effect the viewership when they return to play either. right now people are only focused on one person not the entire league
No rookie deserves to be on an Olympics team. So snubbed isn't even in the ballpark.
Is unexcusable even a word?
Your editor needs to fix the LUT problem. Whenever the graphic goes offscreen, the LUT also goes offscreen and Nick looks flat with no contrast. Also, it's weird and janky how the graphic pops off screen. FIX IT. You're a major show.
Lakers are a mess. No Coach wants the job because of Lebron. He does what he wants and gets coaches fired...
Diana is almost old enough to be in AARP. Griner is playing terrible since returning from the Gulag. There’s no legitimate argument they picked the “best” players.
I can't believe I'm saying this as a black man but CC is getting hate because she's white. If angel reese had the same draw everyone would be applauding it.
Then, as a black man, I will ask you this: what color is the reigning MVP?
Nick the spokesperson for LeBron per usual
I'm surprised that Nick can stand and walk correctly with how far left he leans
Brown has always been the better player.
Boston can't beat nuggets.
Lakers should hire Dawn Stanley of South Carolina for the Head Coaching Job, She checks all the boxes, who's a Better Leader than Dawn Stanley of South Carolina, it's Time She is the best choice, Facts, this is my Narrative, Peace ✌️
She absolutely checks every box, and if LeBron tried anything she could accuse him...
Nick totally wrong there would not of been more eyeballs on Womens USA basketball at Olympics with Caitlin Clark
Nick, there is NO REASONABLE justification for Clark being excluded. Stop trying to "thread the needle". Her exclusion is rooted in envy and spite. It's pettiness at its WORST. The argument that Caitlin Clark somehow weakens the team or lessens their chances of winning gold is ABSURD. Colin is CORRECT in his assessment. Dear WNBA, "Quit crying that you get no respect or attention!!"
If Clark was Black she would be on the roster. Let's keep it 100
If Clark were black, not only would one of the worst rated defenders in the league who also manages to turn the ball over more than any other guard on the squad without a superior offensive game to compensate for these shortcomings not have made the squad, but there wouldn’t have been an outcry over it. Many of the people claiming racial bias wouldn’t have even cared if she was black. Just keeping it 100. I also didn’t realize that Ionescu, Stewart, Plum, & Taurasi weren’t white. This is news.
If CC got on the Olympics team and she isn’t good, folks will say the WNBA failed her.
Only four WNBA players _EVER_ have averaged 15-5-5, and she's doing it as a rookie. She would have been fine
What are you talking about? It’s easily google-able to look at the stats. Her average isn’t cracking the top 15
Excuse me, she’s at 15 exactly
Yeah, it's just getting ridiculous now. They only care about CC nothing else. I doubt most these people don't care if other people get paid or not.
You’re not my uncle, Colin
Why do we talk about the wnba more than hockey when the Stanley cup is happening
I am exclusively and solely interested in Caitlyn Clark. I don't think I am alone in the following,
If Clark underperforms for long then I am done. If she performs great then I will watch longer till playoffs come and they are eliminated and I am done. This is probably sustainable for 2 seasons including this one max. Hopefully peoples eyes are drawn to Caitlyn meaning they will get exposed to other WNBA players and just be an overall fan. But for man, and many people, I only care about watching Clark and do not actually care about the WNBA at this point.
But a lot of CC fans literally refuse to know anything about any other players- and take some kind of weird pride in it 🤦♂️. Then want to hijack the sport after following it for less than a month...
Does a team gets picked on merit.. or marketing
Snubbed or just didn't make the cut?
Rogers is awesome and cool and these dudes are shot takers
Clearly a Jets fan. Good luck having this "leader" as they guy you're clinging your hopes on. Great message he's sending to his teammates. YOU have to show up - I don't.
