I remember the first time I heard it, I had never heard something like it before, and I spent months questioning myself if I liked the chorus or not, because I didn't know what that sound was, it's so unique to me that I had no references to it, but in the end I was fascinated, for me it's in my top 3 song of all time in kpop, Not to mention the concept which has a lot of symbolism, in the lyrics, the clothes, the scenarios, everything is perfect in "Me". for me he is better drop in the KPop without hesitation. I love the play on words and their meaning, The title uses the Chinese character 美, which means "beautiful" and is pronounced as "ME" in Korean
Always good to have some pocket CLC to pull out when you need it. I recommend the b-side performance "I Like It" for the next time you need to break glass for emergency. Really love the reggae guitars in this song and the booming bass. One of my favorite girl crush songs of all time.
