I enjoyed it. You are an excellent teacher. Would like more. I have to watch all your videos several times. First I am just watching you because you are stunning. Once I get past this, I watch for the technical stuff, form, breakdown, etc. Finally, I watch because you there are some life lessons here. You have been through some challenges, physically, emotionally, mentally, but you keep going. You are very real about where you are at and recognizing where your body is at. You listen to yourself and are very healthy about it. At 65 years of age and trying to figure out what is realistic for me at this age, you have been a great help and encouragement. One of the better coaching videos for doing snatch I've seen. My biggest issue is mobility in my shoulders and thoracic spine. You also seem pretty happy and in a good place.
Yes please, more coaching! I really like the cues and tips that you gave. Super helpful, I am definitely guilty of the hip pop of the bar, and it NOW makes total sense why this is inefficient for the snatch. I take most classes in German so I really appreciate an athlete of your caliber explaining everything in English in detail.

You have definitely got to do more coaching like this where you include the warm ups that help with activating and warming up key muscle groups for the movement. It would be so awesome if somebody related the trigger point releases and stretches relating to the power moves to maintain excellent mobility thus keeping perfect form and minimising the chance of injury. Thanks for the inspiration.

so good, the warm up, the part workouts, and the 3 position snatch. Can you talk about the grip? I have very small hands and not the best mobility. I like the hook grip but hard to find smaller diameter bars in my location.
I love the extra technique information about the movement as I have just signed up for the Naked Program challenge and am trying to learn the Olympic lifts.
Love it, love it, love it! Definitely more stuff like this especially stretches for a tight hip. Range of motion is one of the biggest things holding me back in my squats (the tight hip is weaker, hip surgery at 3 years old). PS loving the Peaches program.
