I've been trying for about the last 30 fucking minutes to do that jump at the 04:55 minute mark! Uggghhhh, the jump in difficulty in this level compared to literally every single one before it is just ridiculous!
Plus, I'm looking right at the Chameleon and it's not registering! Edit: got it eventually, but it was there was something weird going on with it. Initially I looked at it and absolutely nothing was happening, then eventually it registered but it didn't pop. I had to do it again on a second playthrough to get it to work.
I'd say that jump at 04:55 was impossible if I hadn't just seen it with my own 👀 You're jumping blind! You're right about the difficulty as well, insane leap. I think it's finished me. Shame. Top little game
@@MrSpecstar I got it eventually and then did it again a further 2 times after the Chameleon didn't pop (although I've subsequently found out you can actually just quit out of a level once you've got the Chameleon or any of the robots, without having to finish it). That particular jump was a mega ballache, but I did get a feel for how to do it by the end, I realised before I kept jumping a bit prematurely and not getting enough height. The cog that moves up and down actually stays still for a bit longer at the top than I was initially thinking it did, do make sure it's at maximum height before you try jumping.
I look at Astro's shadow to see where he'll land. Also, if you jump and hold X to hover the jets coming out of his feet will point to where he'll land.

By far the toughest level for me. Had trouble finding that stupid chameleon and last bot.
