02:57 - 'till the end of the song -> The person slowly accept the truth and moving on to searching happiness/calmness. And there it is, the ice slowly melts (based on the background and it describe as his/her emotion) and the sound of the calm waves calm down her/his heart and yeah. Successfully moving on
