Personally I feel beltless training is overrated and even pointless as a competitive lifter who is advanced. The more you train with a belt the stronger you get WITH A BELT. The more betless training you do the better at BELTLESS training you are. Principle of specificity reigns supreme here always. Begginers are the only ones who might benefit.
