      apply more pressure through the forefoot throughout the entire squat range, to keep your knees forward.

      @@BrazosValleyBarbell I can only go by personal experience and by the few people I have trained and I think belts are overrated.. I made the comment about Greg because everyone keeps quoting him like his word is gospel

    Personally I feel beltless training is overrated and even pointless as a competitive lifter who is advanced. The more you train with a belt the stronger you get WITH A BELT. The more betless training you do the better at BELTLESS training you are. Principle of specificity reigns supreme here always. Begginers are the only ones who might benefit.
