Water 1/2 cup
Ghee 1/3 cup
Take 2cup maida and add half table spoon salt in it and done zeera as well then add half cup water and ghee 1/3 cup ... dough should be very hard ... u can can also add more maida to make tha dough harder... soft dough can spoil samosas pockets ...
