A bus with steps at the front door defines a, “coach” to me. Since they are comfortable. The low floor busses aren’t since you feel the impact more to the ground. Also, the seating feels odd like you’re in a Bathtub due to them being lower than the windshield in low floor.

to me, a "coach" bus has cushion seating, which the NICE/Former LIB Orion V CNG's did not have
