How do I make my steer walk at all? He won’t move even when he has the breaking halter on. ???

Yes, I have that same problem. I was hoping to find something useful. In this video, but now I think I will resort to using treats such as apples, bananas, and oats. I hope that those will work and maybe you could try it too.
