Authentic recipe for the softest kofta. Just made these today and they were the most tender and moist kofta I've ever experienced. ❤Thank-you for making me stand in the kitchen for many many hours making the full dish from scratch🤕 even though I did cheat and used the instant pot to steam them in 10 minutes after boiling for 1 minute in other pot. Also I made 2kg worth!😅
