Another great and informative session. I have inherited some old, neglected citrus on country property, that look quiet poorly. I was going to pull them out, but am now going to try a good slash / skeletonize cut back and see how they go. If they bounce back great, if not, time to put some new healthy, Citrus Men plants in. It always amazes me when driving around this country area, and seeing large , old citrus trees, in the middle of nowhere, maybe where a house existed years ago, in full fruit. No water, except rain, no one feeding, spraying or pruning and they are just beautiful and so hardy to be existing and fruiting so well without any care. I am off to slash the old citus.......will let you know how I go.
