WHAT I EAT IN A DAY | banana pancakes, salmon rolls, mille feuille *recipes in bio* (easy recipes)

  • ingredients & recipes below, all recipes are for one pax portion
    Breakfast (3-ingredient Banana Pancakes)
    ✨Ingredients: 1 large banana, 1 egg, 3/4 tbsp of flour
    🍳Recipe🍳
    Step 1: Combine all of the ingredients inside a bowl & whisk it together do not overmix
    Step 2: Heat up pan on low heat
    Step 3: Once the pan is heated up, ladle your batter into the pan
    Step 4: Flip the pancake over once the sides of the pancake form little bubbles
    Step 5: Repeat Step 3 & 4 until you run out of batter
    Step 6: Garnish with any toppings u want!
    Lunch (Smoked Salmon Cream cheese Rolls)
    ✨Ingredients: 1 whole cucumber, Smoked Salmon, Cream cheese
    🍳Recipe🍳
    Step 1: Wash the cucumber & slice it into very thin slices
    Step 2: Pat dry the cucumber slices & arrange it in a row on top of a cling wrap(make sure to overlap a little for every slice)
    Step 3: Spread a thin layer of cream cheese
    (and a little at the ends to imitate as a glue)
    Step 4: Lay a few pieces of Smoked Salmon on top of the cream cheese
    Step 5: Gently Roll the cucumber like how you will roll a sushi (must sure to roll it as TIGHTLY as u can)
    Step 6: Wrap the entire roll in cling wrap & keep it in the fridge for around 10-20mins to let it set
    Step 7: Slice the rolls (if the roll is too fragile, you can use a scissors to cut it)
    Dinner (Mille Feuille Nabe)
    ✨Ingredients: Soup stock, Napa Cabbage, Pork Belly Slices, Mushrooms for garnish
    🍳Recipe🍳
    Step 1: Boil your soup stock & put it aside once ready
    Step 2: Layer the washed Napa Cabbage & Pork Belly slices (i did 3 layers)
    Step 3: Cut the layered Napa Cabbage & Pork Belly into equal section parts (it also depends on the size of your pot & the size of your cabbage)
    Step 4: Place each section with the layers facing upright in the pot until the entire pot is filled
    Step 5: Garnish with mushrooms
    Step 6: Ladle over your soup stock until it is almost covering all the ingredients & turn on your stove
    Step 7: Once the pot is boiling, simmer it for around 8mins30secs on low heat OR once your Napa cabbage soften
    do note that if you are cooking a bigger portion, it will take much longer for the Napa cabbage to be cooked
    Step 8: Pair the dish with Soy Sauce & Sesame Sauce & Enjoy!
