One thing I think you might have missed is subtitles saying 'sparkle showing no x' The last one 990 is clear become unhinged over time maybe the mask effects people and that's why sampo took his off but he forsees a future crisis in jurillo so is willing to take it back
The mask goes from a veil to a reflection to an inversion. She plays a character, becomes a characters, and then the character makes a new person when she gets off the stage.
At first, she's only *playing the Sparkle* , the character on stage. By the 99th performance, she start *reflecting the Sparkle* , immersing into the character. By the 990th performance, she is *becoming the Sparkle* , she start losing herself. Right now, she *is the Sparkle* , the character itself, with its own emotion.
This trailer looks like it teased a bit of Edo Star or Space Japan. Im digging the vibes of it ngl. Also this made me like Sparkle a lot more. Cant wait to get her in a few days.
My theory that Sparkle might be the type of character that at the end will break ''character'' and act in a completely different way seems still plausible. Now the question is who's Sparkle and who's gonna break? The mask or the host?
I think there are some that missed out that the last 2 sections being the "Sparkle showing no.90" and "no.990" in the subtitles. She went from being part of the crew at the start into being an actor into being really self-aware with all the roles she played. She is saying "Why so serious?" As if she has encountered a similar situation before and got out of it so she wanted the next "act" to be more captivating for the audience. Sparkle with everyone else we seen felt out of place but now she has taken these "acts" into reality. We will have to see what's next, glad to plan on pulling on such an interesting character.

I personally think what we saw was her evolution or descension to insanity. She was a Star, an Actress of some sorts and had to keep a smile all the time, then she found out the path all elation and thought of life as meaningless, no point in hiding you emotions anymore, hense the mask reflecting her. But later is her sadistic side, the mask being maybe how the distorted version she percives of the world, When she is Happy people are screaming (her enjoyment on her trickeries), when she is angry people is crying (she mistreats those who make her mad), when she is sad people is happy (she is so bad, that if she suffers people are happy) But that was like my first interpretation, we don't know anything more yet.

I think it's her being mentally under pressure. She mentioned that her appearance offstage is irrelevant, and the fact that she had to perform the same thing 990 times + the mental pressure/thinking that the only thing that matters is the audience and her persona on stage, the line between her own personality and the persona she's playing started to blur. That's why at the end she was confused and said that she wasn't Sparkle, but in the end, she caved and thought that "No, I am Sparkle", finalizing the idea that her real persona is now the stage persona, on the stage that is life.
The last sentence “ i am sparkle” is not her say but sparkle ( the new personality) say The original personality is no longer remain after the sentence “ i am not sparkle” Who we see and hear after that is sparkle ( the new personality) not the original one
I think the fact that she's clearly got Mirai Nikki Yuko and Oshi no ko Ai vibes and the "premiere performance" and "Showing:xx", would mean that while she was once an actress when she was student, at some point she began pushing her emotions down and confusing them with the "Mask: Sparkle/Hanabi", letting it control her actions, before ultimately finding joy in "Elation", with the spider lillies in the trailer depicting her full separation/disassociation into her new identity as "Hanabi"(more easily seen in JP where she refers to herself as Hanabi aka her name)
The first time around, the mask is “Sparkle”, and she is playing the role behind that mask; the second time around her inner self became Sparkle, the reflection of her is Sparkle; the third time around, the audience became “Sparkle”, everyone is Sparkle, and sparkle is everyone. That’s probably why she is so into turning into other people.
If you pay attention to the mask; the first two times they had fox ears, but the last one had no ears, that’s the mask of everyone, that’s the sparkle she now plays.
I think she likes to play a role then sees what people would response to her actions. By last question, "who's the real sparkle" means which one is her real personality. Just my humble opinion
@@nixirlgames at @2:00 it reminds me a lot of Yumeko Jabami from Kakegurui and shes one of my favorite anime characters. Sparkle is a great character where you don't like her and she feels she has a lot of depth to her. I'm excited to see how she plays out in the rest of the story!

My thought for this myriad is the ver 1 is real sparkle, the ver 2 is referring her fans, and the ver 3 is referring her haters. Idk, the vibe is giving me this idea haha
could also be the case! it's dope that the same video gave people so many different interpretations of it. we'll all have to wait for more mainline story to know which interpretation is "correct"
that'd be the ideal set up. but we are dealing with supernatural powers in the HSR universe, so maybe these special masks appointed to the masked fools are more powerful than we've considered up until this point 🤔

@@harshdeepsingh4612 The point is to not stigmatize, because stigmas get carried over without context so people without experience on a subject adopt them and use them against real people like how many people believe what movies/media tell them is true. Content creators have many types of viewers(many unexperienced) who will learn to associate anything dangerous or manipulative as 'schizo' and when they learn of someone with schizophrenia they will assume they are dangerous or manipulative by default. It's a common thing that should be avoided because it spreads misinformation that makes enemies of people that otherwise are not.
